Nobody knows if they have started sending success mails, unless someone come boldly to show us. If you know that you have received a congratulatory mail.

Kindly let us know with evidence. It's hopeful to know they have started sending mail, because they will keep on sending until the positions are fill up.

Shell works with first come, first take in.

What I am sure of is that this month is for Shell day (Final interview).

GT and EH candidates have already been shortlisted for the next stage.

@ Hercules, for those who are yet to get an update on the Application review for GT to Application in progress, is it that it might be in bathes or otherwise ?

Reason is that, for some one us before the application status gets to application review it took time, around February.

There are more to that, my Guy own changed in the afternoon. He checked earlier this morning but was under review then later checked by 2pm and it changed to in progress, I think it's in batches.

Which one did he go for? Was it physical or virtual

Hmmm, three colleagues of mine received from PH the last time and one after the last time before this set, nobody knows what NLNG is upto, I pray my own testimony too come.

NLNG will just be checking and laughing, that's if they do check Narialand.
The email sent for missing documents is not up to 5% of total of what they need for the next stage, but it is still 50/50, checking missing documents with criterias they wanted, if you meet it good, if you don't meet, it is another thing.
Pray and hope for God's mercy to help through, getting to assessment center or stage doesn't guarantee getting jobs, I believe it is God's mercy, favour that gives the desired job and make dream come through.

I feel, they were not having any issue with systems, they intentionally ask, we can't say the exact reason for doing that but what I can say is Congratulations in advance bro

They have the best answer but keep your mind at peace, i believe if they have something they don't understand about yours, they will contact you but it will be for a purpose.

Anyone who receives mail for documents upload already passed the exams and would be invited to the AC.
I am not saying that it is over for those that didn't get the documents upload mail. It could mean that their documents are complete..
