Tharmon: Well, is the boy aware she is his boss Fiancee??
The boy was following his boss orders but slapping and tearing the lady's cloth Nahh He did not slap a lady. He slapped a miscreant trying to force her way into the shop to take money. (The story didn't tell us he's aware of her status in relationship to his boss). It is his duty to protect the shop from thieves. |

Yeah, those days even if we didn't have tfare, we know most adults would return your respect by lapping you and footing the fare. ElevationD: Throwing up on him can be considered an act of assault, if proven to be deliberate. Again, were there no vacant seats. Approach matters a lot. Also we must consider if the man who have one of those bad days.
In those days in Lagos, school children would get seats in buses, stand up immediately they see elders, who in turn carry them on their legs and pay the transport fare. The reverse is the case nowadays. Infact children sometimes nearly chase adults out of the seats. Parents who travel with their children ensure that they do not show mercy to adults in the buses. I guess that’s what modernity, as they call it, has led society to. |

What happened to asking this 'woman' making the report. Why must a man give up his seat. Anyways, the story is fake. teeteepeejay: IMO, this never happened.
I would not give up my seat regardless.
What happened to waiting for the next ride? Even if there was a queue, preferences are usually made to children, elders and pregnant women in most cases. So why will you hop on a bus with no seats and expect me to stand for you.
You ll live with your decisions abeg |

Tenses: That's a frantical act. Did he state any action he took to reclaim those children when he discovered his then wife absconded with them?.
We must hear from all parties involved.

True. If I were in the father's shoes, I would have moved on forever. koning: Whether they attend or not is of no consequence to the dead man. That is a problem for the living.
Personally, as long as the boy no longer bears my surname, i would not bother with him. Not after 18 years. The father should get on with his life. Attempting to establish contact will kill him faster.
Knowing that the children and their mother are doing well should be enough for him. He laid the foundation. |

Hi Tenses: People lie. Men lie, women lie over everything. We must hear the wife's side of the story and the Calvin side of the story to shook mouth for this obviously family matter.
If Calvin has not be successful would the father frantically make attempt to reconnect with him? Frantically? The same man that paid for everyones flight, housed all of them l, gave them all necessary documents to facilitate their Nigerian citizenship in 2017 before they became anything? |

Akpan107: It's actually not for content, people want to know the truth.
I live in the North, and I can tell you that a good number of Muslims are reading the Bible today.
Today, many Muslims are leaving Islam and becoming Christians.
Shelters for Ex Muslims now Christians are being built in places like Jos, Taraba and etc for Those Muslims their family members are threatening to kill them.
Today, and I can provide evidence, that 50% of Christian missionaries in the North are Ex MUSLIMS who are fluent Arabic.
Millions of Hausa and Fulani Bible being distributed to those who speak the language.
Even with the insecurities, Hausa and Fulani missionaries are in the bush converting the Muslims and showing them the love of Christ.
Lives are being transformed. K |

The media would portray them as the totality of Nigerians and not giving spotlight to the majority who are opposed to the invasion of Nigerian sovereignty. The opposition party in Venezuela obviously have a large following. It doesn't mean everyone in Venezuela supports this criminality. But of course who controls the media controls the narrative. |

Mattswaggz: Yekini used the little sense in him by choosing to cooperate with the US else similar fate would have befell him.....this is exactly what happens when some leaders think they can force themselves on the people.....to get people who'll help deal with the leaders in such countries wouldn't be hard enough....Iran should be on high alert now because they're inside the watch/target list. So now that Yekini and Trump are now working together, Yekini is no longer illegitimate? He can do as he likes as long as he's cooperating with Trump? |

brain54: Apart from boko haram and the recent influx of bandits and terrorists...
The north is some of the safest part of Nigeria to live in.
I think the major point the rapper is trying to make with his comment is that Nigeria isn't as dangerous as it's been pointed to foreigners. Which is very true.
Nigerians sometimes are guilty of being the ones to paint their country with the dirtiest colors! Self loathing Nigerians who lack self awareness. Thinking they are independent of the countries image and would quickly throw it into dirt. Wherever they go in the world, they would first be seen as Nigerians. Even black Americans whom we share physical and supposedly ancestral traits with, want nothing to do with us. |

brain54: Have you ever lived in those areas you mentioned...
Since your existence as a Nigerian.
Those are war torn zones. And nothing unusual in such war torn areas! You are falling for the trap though. Those aren't war torn zones. Some villages, a handful of local governments may be experiencing insecurities, the vast majority of people in those states have never witnessed bandits or Boko Haram before and will never witness it. Its just like one chance, on social media it's rampant but majority of Nigerians have never experienced it and will never experience it I. Their lives. |
Politics › Re: Convert To Islam Or Die — ISWAP Burns Down Christian Village In Adamawa by Timoleon(m): 8:23am On Jan 02 |
tpain121: On what basis do you identify countries as Muslim countries or otherwise?
Why are you refusing to learn about what you don’t know?
Everything is not black and white, this boy. Firstly, countries are identified mostly by race/location. So your are more likely to hear an Arabian country or a middle eastern country or an european than you would hear an Islamic country or a Christian country. Secondly, where a country were to adopt an official religion and go by with the description 'christian country or Muslim country', their official documents would state that out clearly. No village in Nigeria has an adopted religion that is constitutionally codified as christian or Muslim. So simply describing a Nigerian village as a Christian village without mentioning the name of the village the local government it's situated screams of misdirection and mischief. |

I know you know this. But you just no wan get sense. Please highlight the actual name of the village in the article. I'm very sure there's no village named Christian village in Nigeria. Please highlight where the article mentions the actual name of the village. |
Politics › Re: Convert To Islam Or Die — ISWAP Burns Down Christian Village In Adamawa by Timoleon(m): 8:00pm On Jan 01 |
leye4u: if you did English comprehension in secondary school you would understand what that means.....means a village with a larger percentage as Christians. Lol...spread all the propaganda you want. We don't identify villages by religion in Nigeria. We identify villages by tribe. Only for propaganda reasons would anyone be identifying a village by religion. Even in the east where there is arguably a predominantly christian majority demography, their villages are never identified by religion. No village has an official religion of its own to then be identified by that religion. Most have multiple indigenous gods, which exists alongside Christianity. While some leaders may be christians personally, their personal spirituality does not overshadow that of the community such that they can now claim this village is a 'christian' village. |
