These guys don't just move with all of their weapons as they move from state to state.
It's always a well structured plan and it takes time.
Now, the question we should be asking is where are the specially trained security personnels on secret services...it's so so o obvious that they have been tolerated and some powers are backing them up..you should know there's danger if you calculate the distances these guys have moved from state to states without our security agents especially the so called army with roadblock specialty getting notified or come in contact with them...

If the position applied for is related to his previous experience why downgrade him?
But if it's not related, then the HR can offer a lesser position BUT he/she should give reason(s) afterward...

Now let's analyze this situation.
I don't know whether this Gumi guy is somewhat connected to banditry but let's move this way.

An attack took place recently,he said it wasnt carried out by the bandit whom he has preached to.
Now the kidnap of these students happened,
No single security agency could give us any useful information, but Gumi already knows that these guys ain't bandits but bokoharam who threatened him too...
Now the questions are:
Why his he so connected with a lot of information?, Let's assume he's too connected to these people ( as per an Islamic scholar) who respect him, why can't he just provide locations of these guys to the government if he truly wants normalcy?
