On this particular project the client is trying to complete the building once and for all instead of resting after block work that's the reason for the silence as the rain steps out.

Yes,we did separate base and separate beam(1200mm) it seat better than the direct inverted beam.
Without bracing it seat perfectly,neat and cool.

For the slab it's like a decking but still DPC ,raft slab ,how best can I explain?
