Colin Udoh reports differently. Everybody say dey talk different things.

NFF should put this to rest today abeg.
At this point I think nff is playing with our world cup qualification, because how long does it takes to appoint a coach, look at other countries like Algeria and Cameroon have settled on a coach for over a month now while NFF is still doing back and forth

No not all , I would fall asleep with boredom.

But for once we have a clip of the match including the incredible strike according to some.

If you watch the ball it was way off target no real power and it got a deflection of a Vizala defender which sent it the complete opposite way.

Video no deh lie like some people.

Amunike utilised a Deep lying playmaker model at U17 level. A bold and risky move that paid off. He played a lad with the skillset of a #10 as a deep-lying maestro. That is the man you say don't know how to experiment??

Onyedika's CDM profile is similar in certain attributes to that of a DLP but the difference that a DLP is far more eagle-eyed, far more creative, dictate plays better and less concerned with defensive duties compared to the Holding MF CDM Onyedika-type.

So there is no way Amunike won't see the need to utilise Onyedika's skills set either as a single pivot or in a double pivot or even a false double pivot as he exhibited in the U17s and U20s.

The way you analyse football amazes me, have u given a thought about going into coaching or probably tactical analysis aspect of the game

Mulkey better go searching for a point guard because Hailey has been short one when it comes to controlling the game. To go from Alexis Morris to this version of HVL is criminal

this is why a foreign coach is the best for a nation of people with fragile brains like Nigeria. Someone like jpes can put out a squad of 90% Yoruba players and no one will bat an eyelid but let a Nigerian do the same hell will be raised. Just this last international break alone findi has already been accused of doing "na we sabi play ball pass" with his selection right here in this thread. Rohr called up a player from Hungary nobody complained, finidi called someone from Tanzania we know what has been said about him.
Under which coach was bameiyi invited to the super eagles??

I'm impressed with the way this mali team plays, they have decent chemistry on the ball, and presses well without the ball

I will suggest the NFF to get a Foreign coach with Finidi as assistant for next afcon and World Cup

If the coach leaves Finidi should be promoted as the head coach for the team.
Finidi should be given the job to lead the chan eagles, since he coaches enyimba presently he should have a better idea of the home based players, then we can assess him properly if he's ready for the job,
I could recall when Salisu yusuf was handed the interim super eagles job before we signed rohr, he won the friendly games he took charge of against cameroon and another country I cant recall, but
couldn't do much with the chan team on two diffrent occasions

On a more serious note, I would really like Amuneke to get the job.. I have always admired his style of play, especially with the u-17 and u-20.. Although he hasn't really had much success after leaving the national team...

Seconded

Let's not forget that the runaway coach already dug a ditch for his successor. We can only pray and hope that Egu finds a way to navigate his way out of d trap. Like Amodu in 2010
Amodu may his soul rest in peace, our emergency coach whenever we need to qualify for a tourney and he always delivered, just be prepared for tension.... so sad we lost him and Keshi same time

Do not be afraid. The government is buying time. One of the reasons why we experience scarcity of FX is because we spend a large portion of our revenue(FX) on importation. We import PMS, we import rice, furnitures and a lot of other consumables.

Come 2019, importation of PMS and other refined products would stop. All thanks to Dangote that is building a world class refinery.

The level of crash that dollar would experience after we would have started refining crude oil locally would now depend on you and I. We need to learn to patronize our local stuffs. Made in Aba wears, Abaliki, Kebbi and Lagos rice, holiday in Nigeria where you won't need dollars. We shall get there soon.
Hmm

South africa clearly came with a plan, overload the midfield areas, double mark our wingers since that's the source of creativity, then lastly quick long balls over the top for thier speedy attackers to chase..
Let's see how peseiro reacts to this in the 2nd half

In the 2000 edition of the AFCON Ivory Coast performed woefully infact they were the knocked down out in the group stage. Unfortunately for
the players the Ivorian military junta then had all the players marched off to a military camp to teach 'discipline and patriotism'

Ohhh thanks for the explanation
