There's nothing you can do than wait for the parcel to arrive your local PO. In my own case, tracking showed that my order arrived destination country on the 14th of September after about 2 weeks of ordering. I had gone to the PO to pick several orders which arrived after the above date, but this particular one was nowhere to be found. BP expired yet I didn't open dispute because I know that aliexpress would rule against me. So, I just crossed my legs waiting for the day this order would eventually arrive. Just last week, Friday 27th of November, I got a call that the order is available for a pick up. Imagine! That is approximately 2-and-a-half months of order's arrival at destination country.

it was untracked right? Cos mine is over 2months too since it arrived Nigeria

This is not exactly true though, they might be slower at times but they're mostly on par with AESS delivery time. In the last 3 weeks I've received 3 October orders I sent through untrackable shipping

U will never win any dispute except damaged items(even that one sev hard to win)

haaa and it’s because someone said cainiao was okay and fast I’ll eventually get it thats why I used it

It has arrived destination country so if you open dispute you'll most likely lose. Sometimes these orders especially the untrackable ones take a long time to move from lagos to our local POs. When next you go to your PO ask them to check where the orders that the phone number isn't visible is located, sometimes that could be the problem

so that means if they’re all lost/stolen I’ve lost all my money like that

You can still visit your local PO and check if any has gotten to them

I have almost 7 of these now it arrived Nigeria over 2months no call or text for some BP remains 2Days I don’t know if I should open dispute I was at PO on Thursday nothing there

Have you gone to your PO ? It'll most likely still get to you and opening dispute is most likely a waste of time cause you'll most likely lose

There's really nothing much to write, from many peoples experience, NIPOST are more likely to be complacent with untrackable items which could lead to it getting lost and its harder to win disputes of items shipped using untrackable shipping.

Cainiao is normally very fast when it comes to shipping but I still wouldn't buy expensive items through them

ive not received any of my 5 cainiao package it has arrived destination over 2months BP remains 5 days to end I don’t know what to do again

you can’t pay above $100 monthly with most banks card ask seller to split below $100 use 3 different cards to pay

Or better still go pick it up at the closest hqtrs post office to your place.

When I was living in Lagos. I receive most mail from apapa post office even though alaba was my nearest post.


When I changed my address in Lagos,
They dropped my mails at festac office
Before bring them to my post office.

So I don't know how it works now

address isn’t the problem I’ve been using AliExpress with same adress for 2yrs now but the unregistered packages I ordered lately I’m not getting them I don’t know why and BP remains 8 days to expire

See, notice that most items that come late are dropped of a proxy state post office before they are sent to my state.
E.g
They drop my items at kaduna post office then later on post it to sokoto where I stay now. These are the ones that come like months after buyer protection has finished.

If they send it directly, only 10 days after it reach Lagos should do

I went to the PO to pick some items today
Only for them to tell me I have some untrackable parcels to collect. The funny thing is that those parcels have been in the po since 25th of October... If you have any untrackable parcel just ask from time to time when you visit the po you might never get a call or if you get one it would be late
