There is no big difference between N4 or N4x.

N4x is the Chinese version of the n4, but the seller will flash the global rom on it.

N4 has more 4g band than N4x.

N4 has both MTK and SD version, but SD version is better cos it doesn't get hot, and conserves ba3

N4x is SD version which is also good in ba3 usage.

I will advise u to go for N4x cos it is cheaper when compared to N4.
