Hello beautiful mamas ,please I need your opinion on this matter
I am pregnant currently 9 weeks 3 days by my last LMP
Here goes my scanning journey in this pregnancy
At 5 weeks 1day,scan showed thickened endometrium with no gestational sac,I was advised to repeat scan in 2 weeks
At 7 weeks 1 day,scan showed intact gestational sac,with yolk sac, but no embryo,I was advised to try again in two weeks to confirm viability,the scan placed me at 5 weeks 4 days
At 7 weeks 5 days,due to anxiety,I did Transvaginal scan and it showed gestational sac that has increased with yolk sac,no embryo ,no heart beat,cervix closed,the Transvaginal scan placed me at 6 weeks 1 day
The radiologist assured me that since I wasn't bleeding,there was no problem that babies develop at different rate ,I should repeat in two weeks..
My reason for scanning this often is due to past miscarriage
Anyway at 9 weeks ,2 days scan showed gestational sac,yolk sac ,now with an embryo and equivocal cardiac activity...
Though there is an improvement,at least it's now showing embryo but it still placed me at 6 weeks 1 day..
I was so worried,I started crying...I was asked to come again in two weeks..that at least they can now see embryo which is an improvement from the last time but I asked why is the date the same after almost close to two weeks
I don't have cramping,or bleeding,I have all the pregnancy symptoms but I am so so scared,I can't afford to lose this baby..

I don't know if anyone has experienced this kind of thing and ended up having a smooth pregnancy...

For now,all I can do is to wait and be hopeful.
I have believe in God that He will do it..
Pls mothers help me to raise your voice to God that He should give me a positive outcome..

So some people have been advising me to take pregnacare rather than the normal routine drug given at ANC saying that it’s more better for baby development.
But in late 2nd trimester, isn’t it too late to start pregnacare.
Is pregnacare care truly better than routine drugs(ferrous, folic acid, vit c etc).

My people had advised me to wait and manage myself(eat vegetables, fruits as well as to force myself to eat small small) till 2nd trimester before registering but these symptoms are not small for me to manage.

I will try and Register as soon as possible as u advised. Thank you! God bless you

This is just my first trimester (8weeks precisely)
But since my 5th week till date, it have been hell for me.
I have serious loss of appetite(I don't crave for anything), small smell + small food I'll manage to eat- I'll be triggered to vomit, I cannot enter my kitchen anymore. My stomach is always empty, making me always tired and exhausted, I have become more thinner than I used to be. Sometimes I feel like crying like a baby. Why is my own like this?

I visited the DH during my 6th week(Tho I didn't come for antenatal registration yet, I told him I would register during my second trimester just as my mum advices). he ran some test and Scan on me saying that my pregg is Normal and I shouldn't take any medication till my second trimester because I wasn't running temperature tho. I agreed with him then and I just drank a destrose saline dripe with B-co inj.

I have hoped to see all these symptoms pass by soon but it isn't improving instead it's getting worse everyday. I wakes up very late in the morning, tired+ and it's affecting my business recently. Thank God for a supportive hubby tho

Please anyone who has experienced this, help a sis.
What can I do?
For the sake of me and my unborn child's health.
I don't want to be a loser

Can i always take Oral dripe?

Hello house, good morning.
I'm new here and I'm a first time mom. Thank you for this wonderful thread.

I'm almost 8 weeks gone. I keep having this mild abdominal pain and I'm always constipated. I can eat just once a day and my stomach will be full. I haven't started antenatal yet as I was advised to hold on till the third month.
I was given paracetamol for my abdomen and Gestid Antacid for the constipation when I complained to a professional in the pharmacy yesterday. I still feel bloated and discomfort and the abdominal pain went down but I started feeling sudden sharp needle like pain in my right abdomen today. It isn't frequent. I'm a bit scared. Is there anything I can do?

Also, I don't mind having friends here I can take to and we share our journey together.

Yes I did an ultrasound at 7weeks plus and I saw the baby’s heartbeat. I don’t know why my symptoms disappeared. Currently at 9 weeks. Anyone with similar experience, pls let me know if the symptoms came back.

Good evening mama, it was malaria with 3+, and I was loosing weight. But I'm much better now thank you.

I have not had the power to go for the scan yet, will do so soon and update the house.

So my breast has been itching for days now and it's making the areola area more sensitive and painful. E gbami, any remedy?
How far with baby things? I hope we're picking it one after the other (that's what I do). Anytime I have the opportunity to enter market, I buy one or two things. It's not easy now o, things are overly expensive.
I'm almost done with purchases, I think I only have baby clothes to buy. I'm holding on, on that as I've not checked the baby gender. I gave out all my baby things after my third baby, so it's like I'm starting afresh.

I shredded my boots o in 2020, but baba God coupled it back for me this year.

Ok, end of rant.
