Come on guys you can't blame the university for wanting something good for theirself, since the nigerian goverment has proved itself inadequate to provide for it citizens basic needs at the moment. I will say it's a move to the right direction.As a matter of urgency I'm thinking of doing something similar.

China is at it again, very impressive.
