xrisdon: Buhari promised to kill corruption if elected!
http://leadership.ng/news/417280/ill-kill-corruption-in-nigeria-buhari
But here is my personal submission.....
buhari can never kill corruption!!!
he couldn't kill corruption when he had absolute power as military dictator, but think he can do it now as a constitutional president, what a joke!!!
first, buhari do not know how to fight corruption! supposing he did know, Nigeria would have been corrupt free by now, because buhari was once a head of state!
secondly, l prefer Gej's way of fighting corruption to that of buhari!
buhari believes in fighting corruption by jailing people with little or no care on the root cause!
while Gej on the other hand believes in building corrupt free system that can last even when he is no longer there!!
but unfortunately most Nigerians prefer action with no result,
for instant, do you know how many people buhari would have sent to jail because of fertilizer scam without solving the problem itself! but Gej came in change the corrupt system that have been there for years even to the time of buhari, But now it is impossible for corrupt people to operate with the new system without making too much noise about it. CORRECT, GBAM 10000000 likes. |

Just another week left and we would be rid of Buhari till 2019 election. I can bet my last kobo, Buhari would be back to try his luck in 2019. The man is a "professioner contestant" and would miss not contesting. But Buhari is not very clever, if you failed the same job interview 3 times wouldn't you think your potential employers might not be favourably disposed towards you? We say it again and again but this professional contestant keep coming.
Babangida defeated Buhari in struggle for power in 1984. Obasanjo beat him in 2003. It was Yar'Adua's turn in 2007. GEJ gave him a mauling in 2011.
After this election, GEJ can boast as the only Nigeria presidebt to beat billy goat 2 times.
On behalf of the good people of Nigeria I say adieu to the Daura Dictator, you came, you saw but didn't conquer.
Your 150 cows miss you more than we Nigerians, please stay with them. |

Nigeria didn't overtake South Africa as Africa's economic power house because of imprudence. The Western owned financial newspapers won't be heaping praises on our economy if we were doing something wrong. If you're poor, there's something you're not doing right. |

The job of governance is to provide an enabling environment. GEJ has provided the environment for growth, if you haven't taken advantage of the present economic boom, I suggest you do. Stop waiting for government to come and cook you breakfast and lunch. The ingredients are there, make your own dinner. Reno is right again, Jonnyboy deserves a second term. Its a shame Nigerians never blame their state governments, y'all should ask them what they do with your money. |

Politics › Re: Buhari Gets Listed On Chatham House Website by TippyTop(m): 1:31pm On Feb 23, 2015 |
He has now been listed but did he travel out three weeks to an election to beg the Brits to allow him to speak at Chatham house? If his name was not on the list, why did he travel out one week before the occasion at Chatham house? It is obvious Buhari was very ill when he flew to Britain, Fayose has asked him to tell Nigerians what he was doing in the UK in the middle of an election if indeed he was not sick. Any one who believes these sick lies must be sick (pun intended) APC effort for a face saving speaking slot for Gen. Muhammadu Buhari is making some headway.
Incoming reports indicates that former UK prime minister Tony Blair is lobbying the president of Chatham House for a 1 hour slot for Buhari after the main event billed for Thursday.
Baroness Patricia Scotland is the president of Chatham House and a longstanding Blair loyalist. Tony Blair appointed her as the UK Alternate Representative to the European Convention and later recommended her for the position of Attorney General. She became the first black lady to become AG in the UK. She still remains the Shadow Attorney General. If the Baroness approves on Monday, 23/2/2015, Buhari will speak at Chatham on Thursday 26/2/2015 and this will be a saving grace for the earlier sketchy reports by APC that Buhari was to speak at the Chatham House event even when he was not listed on the Chatham House website as one of the speakers.

Any right thinking person would concur Buhari is past his sell by date. Why didn't all these people shouting SAI Buhari vote the same Buhari in the last threee elections?
Buhari has been marketed well this time but if you scratch the surface you still find the same Buhari who hasn't progressed since the 80s.
A man who did nothing for himself for 30yrs is promising Nigerians a utopian paradise.
