Politics › Re: Pics:GEJ Speaks On Strong Democratic Institutions & Credible Elections In USA by TippyTop(m): 10:30am On Apr 22, 2016
Former President Goodluck Jonathan who is presently in the US, spoke on the need for strong democratic institutions and credible elections at the City of Newark in New Jersey yesterday April 21st, 2016.
Oga mi since you left there has not been one credible election, not one.

Bubu changed INEC to Inconclusive National Electoral Commission.

Even before any election takes place we already know the result.
And the results are (you guessed it): Inconclusive.

A self-confessed cultist, Muhideen Ibrahim, who was arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, has said he conveyed guns to the All Progressives Congress campaign venues during the 2015 electioneering on the Lagos Island.
From Lagos state to Rivers State, trust APC to arm their hoodlums/supporters during election.

If Nairaland was a campaign ground, APC members won't be debating with us, they'd be shooting us instead.

You are a PDP paid agent, Saraki is APC and Tinubu is also APC, why are you now crying more than the bereaved. Why worried more than the people of Kwara? You people carry Saraki matter for head like he was your former governor or anything, face your work you are paid to do here and let those thieves deal with themselves. Grow up little man

I'm a paid agent but you're not.

Why is your thinking level so low @ op?, so because that thief escapes we should allow this one to escape?...don't blame the offender but blame the government in charge then who couldn't sentence him, and for this current thief he should face his trial,if he"s lucky he might escape like the other and if not...he should dance to the tune he played for himself.....

I believe the Nigeria would be great when the youths starts thinking with their head and not with their anus...
It's not the job or duty of the President to sentence offenders.
I don't know where you got that gist from but the govt takes offenders to courts. In Tinubu's case he has so much money he can buy the Supreme Court, it's foolhardy to blame the govt for not putting Tinubu in prison.

I have been saying the same thing for months. The ones screaming Saraki must resign are also Tinubu's staunchest supporters.

Saraki's main offense was disobeying Tinubu by vying for SP position.
In 2013 this same Saraki and his band of renegades were the champion of democracy. Hypocrites

It's been historically proven Bubu hates criticism.
It would be too obvious if Bubu does it himself, the man who proposed the bill is working in tandem with the govt.

EFCC Witness Against Saraki Again Admits To Errors In Investigation
Saraki would be walking out of court a free man soon.
States that Senate President was only investigated by EFCC and not By CCB as required by law.

Prosecution Witness 1, in the Code of Conduct Tribunal’s (CCT) trial against the Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, today admitted that Dr. Saraki was not interrogated by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), in-line with the procedures established by the laws that institute the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal.

Answering questions on cross-examination by Saraki’s counsel,Paul Usoro (SAN), Michael Wetkas, the first witness, who is also an operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, maintained that the Senate President was never given an opportunity to confirm nor deny the allegations against him by the CCB, because it was the EFCC that had conducted the investigations relating to the claims, not the CCB.

This revelation, raises new contentions, as the precedent clause in Section 3D of the of the CCT Act, clearly states that all cases at the CCT are dependent on the fact that “the person concerned makes a written admission of such breach or noncompliance, no reference to the Tribunal shall be necessary.”

Umar belongs in sharia court where hands are chopped off for any misdemeanour.
