Your point is valid but don't assume he hasn't done all that. Even multi millionaires stake 100 naira games for the fun and rush of it. During my NYSC in 2017, my boss at my PPA, the director of ICT at a Polytechnic in Ogun State( don't wanna call the sch) still bet on games and mind you he is a multimillionaire..man will be busy in his free time using his VIP WiFi access to analyse matches just to stake 100 naira..goes to show you that most people do this for the fun of it

Go to Google payments and log in, change your billing address to USA, go online and find a virtual USA address and input it. Save and then add your card, still under Google payments and that's it.
