it wont be fair to ask Fashola who controls Trillions of dollars in Lagos state and Al-Makura who manages about 20 billion naira/year to pay the same surcharge!

If Al-Makura pays 5 billion, Fashola should pay 125 billions!

The former governor of Bayelsa State also said there is no rift between the outgoing administration of President Goodluck Jonathan and the incoming administration as being speculated in some quarters.
