jusRadical: Please, is it GEJ that calls for back up for the army?

Is it GEJ that assigns soldiers to duties?

Is it GEJ that plans war strategy?

Is it GEJ that gives bullets to soldiers?

My friend GEJ has his shortcomings but do not commit suicide because of your hatred for him.

You did not blame your father's commandant (or whatever). You did not blame chief of army staff. You did not blame the army generals but you are blaming GEJ for the number of bullets given to your father. Did GEJ tell your father's superiors not to give him enough bullets?

Get real my friend.
Difficult to tell friend or foe.

This 3-magazine story again!

A few weeks ago, some guys here said the NA was limited to 3 magazines because of the pouches on their flak jackets.
I asked if they could not tape extra magazines on their guns, limbs, etc.
If this was protocol during the ECOMOG campaigns?
When did the NA start limiting its men to 3 magazines while on combat patrol?
The purveyors of this story walked back and denied it.
Now this 3-magazine story is back as a cause of death for this gallant NA officer.

Sherrif,
You are very welcome to the biggest party in Africa.
Lagbaja is a small boy.
We get big stars like Awilo to play for us.
The only thing is that as you are coming to the PDP reception,
you come with our Chibok girls
and all the other women your Boko Haram has kidnapped.

Ibnsultan: 5:36:09 PM LtCol Agu made it home. His No longer MIA. Most soldiers declared MIA find there way back to safety. With little or No S and R operation
Who wan die?

I read the other day, that the NA was fleeing from BH technicals.
Technicals can do 150kmph
Otokar can do 90kmph
Main battle tanks can hardly do 45kmph!

Bros eee!
The tank commander jumped down and flagged down a passing NA technical!
Who wan die!

EasternLeopard: Post the picture of your father so that we can verify your info

We want to be sure that you are not an anti-GEJ who wants to stir up protest against GEJ

2015 is at the corner and people are ready to cook up stories to win sympathy votes to their political parties
One of the first things i did was to look up Chucky's posting history.
He has long footprint, over 100 threads and varied interests.
Am not sure he ever made any posts about the military action in the NE.
A few religion threads.
Apparently not a bigot, (like me).

He may be related to the Lt. Col Agu who is reportedly missing.
If it is Mr. Agu, a least the family has closure.
They will not wake up at nigh wondering if Shekau were toying with him.

Jakumo: Regardless of what your map depicts, the green mamba is known as "ejo ife" to most Yoruba tribes, all of whom live in Nigeria.
I had an encounter with a green, baby mamba when i was about four years old.
In a NA barracks.

This woman is speaking the truth.
Since APC is going to lose Oyo, Ogun and Lagos states as well as the presidential elections, the DSS should better be read for a one hundred day bombing campaign.

DrFool,
By your calculations, Nigeria made $26billion in two years.
And you are wondering what happened to the money.
When there are no physical infrastructure.

Well, most of the money went into stomach infrastructure.
Where did Ogboni get the money for the odourless fufu we ate last week?
Did he indulge in any real capital generating venture?
After swallowing the fufu, you are still asking for $26billion?
Your foolishness did not reconcile that 75% of Nigeria's expenditure is recurrent.

In a nut-shell, you cannot eat your fufu and have it.

Politics › Re: Nurses Drive Away Suspected Ebola Patient In Lagos by tit(f): 3:55pm On Aug 13, 2014
Sweetlemon: Don't mind them. It's because they are not the ones. Let them come face to face with someone showing symptoms as far as bleeding then come back here and talk. Do they think it's easy? Doctors and nurses have families too you know.

Blame whoever that is in charge of providing appropriate protective gear for these medics and also places where ebola patients can easily go to.
Thanks, the response plan should include distributing hazmat suits to all primary healthcare points. Once eBola is suspected, trained personnel should don the suit and isolate the patient.
Politics › Re: Nurses Drive Away Suspected Ebola Patient In Lagos by tit(f): 3:53pm On Aug 13, 2014
This means the Federal and Lagos state plans to contain the eBola virus have failed.
Key medical personnel do not know the response plan to eBola.
Instead of containing the patient in-situ, the patient was sent back into the streets to infect hundreds of Lagosians.

The federal and state health ministry officials should learn from this incident and tweak their response plans if they have any.
If they do not have one, they should develop and disseminate one, fast.
Politics › Re: Nigerian Army's Campaign In The North Eastern Theatre (Photos) by tit(f): 7:12am On Aug 13, 2014
bidexiii: then am asking you don't we have artillery to deliver such precision to wipe out those bastards ! Look good, brave and gallant men are dying for sirius to comment that we should pray for the army. Let me start by saying not untill we have the SU30,harrier jets, J17 and terminator choppers that's when will start delivering deadly blows. Let's use the little and outdated rusty AK's,so called IFV,T-50 and our alpha and J7 jets put them into use and maximize them and I think there is a lot wrong with our millitary doctrine ! I don't think we have those type of artillery that can deliver such deadly precision, if what you r saying is right then why is it not changing the tide of the war why must we suffer heavy casualties. But from the air even with our alpha jet we can weaken enemy stronghold to nothing and these is a tactics/doctrine employed by developed countries of the world as back as the WWII till now and that was what hitler used for him to have fought the whole world to have lasted so long and not untill united state step in and used the same air power that was when the tide of war begin to change for the allies and artillery is very dangerous because of civilians am beginning to think we might even av those precision artillery but those bastards as employed a different tactics they av left the desert for the rural area if care is not taken it will be a full fled urban warfare and can the NA as the equipment and capabilities to handle that . Using artillery gun will be difficult in such area and I think that's why the army authorities as result to fight a man to man war battle but my point is from the air you are merely untourchable with the jets and bokoharam dosent av surface to air missiles for now, so why not pick them and eliminate them from the air. Let's maximize our enemy from the air. I rest my case !
you do not have the airborne assets.
It would take some time to train aircrew on the new aircraft
in that time BH would continue to spread their own fear factor and win converts.

But you have artillery.
