chichichilolo1: That is what happens when one goes to consult a pharmacist when one is sick.pharmacists either produce or dispense drugs they are not trained to diagnose and treat diseases only a doctor does this.people will not hear, when you are sick visit a doctor and then a pharmacist to get the prescribed drugs not the other way around so to treat unproductive cough, I will waste my time in the hospital, on queues and hiring protocols when I can get into a standard pharmacist and have my problem resolved? I'm my clinical pharmacy classes I was made to know that simple treatment and management of disease conditions can be performed by the rxist. you refer when the scope is beyond you, not without advices and counselling. you guys are resisting change yet want to get out of the country where things you are resisting are institutionalized. |

Silvofitz: In our teaching hospital, a foremost teaching hospital in Nigeria, pharmacists dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors. No pharmacist changes doctor's prescriptions. Nurses are better placed to call the attention of the doctor, if any error is perceived on the prescription, because they a privy to the patient's medical history through the case file, and Because they have a booklet called Nursing Process, which contains all the information they collect from the patient by clerking. The Nurses assess, diagnose, set the objective, plan, and implement the treatment, then evaluate the outcome of the treatment. So, by virtue of intimate interaction with patient, they can notice the need for a change in prescription. In a standard setting, it's the Nurses, not the pharmacists, that often call the attention of doctors to changing prescription. And, even at that, the nurses would not change the prescription on their own. They would call the attention of the Doctor. clap for yourself, miss nurse titi. nice attempt at promoting your profession. if I slap you, your brain will reset. |

ucheo: Every year this story will resurface again. Is it being told to remind the families of the dead ones or brush the ego of the cultist.? In the 90s and early 2000 stories of killings and unfortunate death filled every where mostly in the east and south south of which this story is way below the ladder of the wanton destructions caused . This story is painting of a pix where some of our young ones will start liking cultist life rather than the opposite. Lets give the dead a break to RIP. hey cultist! |

JohnNgene: I think Fidelity Bank and GTBank are the best banks. I bank with both. Intercontinental Bank also had a high interest rate for savings account back then but now that they're Access Bank, I no just understand. Lol.
Nevertheless, the best way for us to find out is for someone to open a savings account FOR ME at all the banks in Nigeria, deposit N100,000 (one hundred thousand naira) into each of them and let me monitor their monthly interest rates and charges for one year.
I'm not a greedy Igbo man. I promise to return your initial deposit afterwards. Though WITHOUT THE INTEREST sha. Lol. JohnNgene: I think Fidelity Bank and GTBank are the best banks. I always scored low in Further Maths; how I got B3 in WASSCE till today remains a mystery. Well, I didn't hate any course 'cause I had to guard my 2nd position jealously which eventually paid off as external exams came out excellent plus gained admission into a top federal school on merit. My point, hard work pays. Biko, who asked me stories? Well, if I don't hype myself, who will? Thumbs up to all hardworking teachers worldwide and my parents. .#flees |
