Many thanks brother,I have said it all the other time when I posted all that is to be done. Let me say it again,you need to start production,a good smoking kiln,you need to be mindful of the king of smoke,electric is highly preferred than other because of too much of heavy metals,you need to carry out a test on your product yourself,NAFDAC is looking for the heavy metals,if its above the required amount by WHO,they will disqualify your product...once you are sure that this is less than the required standard...you prepare the kind of packaging you want to use,anytype should not allow water,you package it seal it and ready for the market...To learn this in details..you need to give me an invite to your desired place so that I will inspect and teach you all you have to do and how you will go about it...its something worth it if you need it.

How long do I hve to feed starter feed to my broilers, someone advised I feed them starter for 6 weeks

I don't advise starter for 6weeks,if you feed starter for 6weeks then when will you start finisher and when will you sell the birds? The best option is to feed them starter for 3weeks and finisher for the remaining weeks..

@ please what process did you go through for nafdac to approve your product (nafdac number) and how much did you pay?

You will have to follow some procedures when processing and it must be in an hygienic environment.You will have to do some biochemical tests as well......after which you will now invite them for inspection,they will take your product with them as well for test before they give you the nafdac number.

They loan to startups, but on your own you must have made a move to starting something.
For instance, if you want to get a loan for a poultry, you can start small as at the time you opened an account with them, with N3,000 or lesd you can start a small poultry.
Then when they want to offer you the loan, they would see that you have started something. Then
of course you can get an half plot or more to do a bigger poultry when the loan arrives.

You can obtain a loan of N250,000.00 from the Bank of Agriculture without any collateral.With this amount,you can set up a small backyard chicken business that will pay more than the elusive salary job you are seeking. Some graduates earn N15,000.00 monthly in the name of earning a salary.
