, the cost of transcript officially is 36720, then you'll pay faculty fee (1k for my faculty, I don't know how much yours will charge but shouldn't be too different). That's the amount you need to pay for transcript. After that, you'll pay 18,360 for verification if you're evaluating with WES. These fees quoted are for undergraduate transcript, I don't know about master's own.
Whether to evaluate both degrees is your decision to make, if EE purpose, only your masters degree is sufficient but you should consider evaluating your undergraduate degree too given that pharmacy is regulated profession, you'll need to evaluate your undergraduate degree for licensing purposes in the future if you want to practice, why don't you do both evaluation now?

I know pharmacy is one of the professional degrees recognised by IRCC. Whichever degree you evaluate will give you the same point. Although, I'll advise you read up past theeads, to get live example of pharmacy degree evaluation.
As for the amount to forward transcript to Canada, you may have to confirm from past students of the school.
