@mcfemad,ow u dey,longtime no see ,so d lil man is alredy trying to grab food,wonderful,in my own opinion(wich was wat I did wth my 1st kid),I gave him cereal wen he cloked 6mnths,then waited for him to clok 9mnths befor I started givin him adultfood ,some folks said I waited too long,but I felt twas best his digestive system shud mature properly before processing adultfood,but durin d 6-8mnths period,I'd giv him some stew or soup to lick,just a tiny bit onmy finger,so dt he can get accustomed to diff flavors

mamaryan: Happy New year everyone, please house my 7 weeks old baby boy makes a grunting sound mostly when sleeping and just recently I noticed that he sounds like he has mucus in his throat, but he can't get it out. He doesn't have cough and breaths fine and still feeds well. No high temperature, he seems ok. But the sound gets to me. Is there anything to be worried about.

PS, am staying in a place where paediatricians are not available just general doctors.

Tis well with ur baby,same thing hapnd to me wth my 1st son,I was worid dat he wasn't properly suctioned wen he was born(d amniotic fluid,cos he always sounded lik he had catar,)but dis wasn't d case,its just one of those things,but to be doubly sure u can tak him to d doctor

Hahaha , u dey fear to catch belle ni,rite now I'm nt on any FP method, I actually want to go for d IUD(intra uterine device)cos out of all d oda methods,I feel its safer wth lil or no side effect,but I was told I cud come for d fitting only wen my period starts,iv bin waiting for 5mnths now and d period has refused to come,so I practise d withdrawal method plus plentyplenty prayers

Hiya folks,new here and nid to shed weight sharpply,had a baby in july via c-section,since then I avnt bin abl to shed d 20smthn kg I put on(was on bedrest for bout2mnths befor delivery)now I feel I'm strong and healed enuf to start an exercise programme.

So started on d treadmill today,4.7speed for 30mins,upper arm training with d use of dumbells,as per meals,joined d fasting programme inmy church for d whole of jan,any oda suggestions wud be most welcome

Don't worry bout it,ul be fine,I'm sure d tear wud av healed by now,and cos u had a tear wth ur first,dosnt mean ul av wth ur 2nd

Again heat rash is on her body yet I'm not allowed to fan her saying "omode o mo'oru" a child or baby does not know heat. Pls wot can I use, though from d post I guess shea butter will do d work.

my sis,welcom to d club of one breastiers,I did d same wth my 2kids,fed dem both on d leftbreast,twas so convenient for me,and no ill side effect,just dt durin d breastfeeding period,one breastyy was obviosly bigger than the other,but after u wean d baby,they go bak to normal size,though people kept yelling and advisin me to use both boobies,or else one boooby wud be bigger dan d oda for life#yimu#i continued and evrythng turned out ok

As for d heat rashes,d weather is seriosly hot right now,don't covver up d lil darling so mmuch,same thng happnd to my kid,I'm always ovacovring d youngman,and I noticed he wudnt sleep at nite ,always crying and den d terribl rashes came,so I reduced d amount of clothing,and hez happier now and d rashes are subsiding
