Put it in the freezer, where the freezer tray is, my moim oi leaves are preserved for months this way

Hello house, please I need your advise. I have a sister who is pregnant and should be delivering in a week or 2weeks from now.
She was once pregnant but lost the baby after birth. The first pregnancy delivery was through operation in 2011. I got a call from the husband this night that @ UCH Ibadan where she registered told my sister she will have to go through operation again which she is scared and the husband have made me to understand that they gone to visit the mildwives owned by a church CAC in Ibadan and they assured them that my sister doesn't have to go through operation. I have been worried ever since d husband called me and I do not know if they go to the mildwives or tell my sister not to fear for the operation or any advise from good mothers and doctor in the house please. I believe she shouldn't have to go through operation since where she operated should have been healed since 2011 . Well not my field any help in the house plaza... God bless you all as you contribute .

If uch is insisting on an operation, they must have a very good reason, she is safer following uch than going to a church's midwives, uch has more qualified staff and equipment to handle anything that may arise,most of the time once one has gone through cs, doctors especially nigerian doctors don't feel comfortable allowing such a patient go through the rigours of labor, they would rather just cut the person open, not withstanding the number of years one has had to heal from an earlier cs, tell your sister not to worry, God will see her through this operation and she and her baby will come out of it hale and hearty

Really, for me it's been very effective and no pain or cramping o, maybe it was where u got urs fixed, it might not have been inserted properly, I did mine at a family planning clinic, women's society for health or so, and they had d proper instruments, the implantation was painless, over in about 8seconds,

This is the 3rd week and the 3kg loss is still happening, though at d corner of my mind I feel it will get to a point where I won't loose that 3kg a week without adding a Lil exercise to it, but for now I'm going with d flow, when I get to d point where d weightloss stops happening, il gather energy to exercise... Now I won't say I'm a lazy person, il just say that I don't have the passion or energy to stick to exercise regimens or diets, which is why what I just outlined above works for me, especially the drinking a full cup of water every hour part, the water keeps the hunger at bay, hydrates my body and keeps me feeling full.

I set an alarm on my phone for every hour and I make sure I drink that water, even when I'm at work a pure water satchet will do. I check my scale every week and I loose 3kg per week,without exercising.

Now I'm not saying my way is the best way or the healthiest way to loose weight I'm just sharing what works for me

Hiya folks, also on the weightloss train, tried all the slimming coffee, green teas, dietshake everything, to no avail, I'm too lazy to exercise, so here's what I'm doing currently that is giving me good results,

Breakfast
Pap, sometimes I take it without sugar or milk, sometimes I add it, reason I take pap/cornmeal/ogi is cos that's what my kids have for breakfast, so it's easier for me to prepare. If I get hungry later on cucumbers or carrots r the deal, they are filling, I don't take other fruits cos they just make me hungrier,

Lunch
Whatever I feel like eating, but in a small quantity, I use baby plates to dish my food it tricks my brain into thinking iv eaten a lot and I use a tiny spoon to eat

Dinner
Any soup I have in the freezer, or vegetables,

And most importantly I take a cup of water every hour

Geelong is very correct. A colleague resigned last month because he is relocating abroad with his family. He went to apply for his funds and was told PENCOM won't approve his payment because its resignation. Its either he is sacked, retrenched or been made redundant that's when he would be paid. So no payment for you if its resignation.
