chidarl85: I didn't buy the mould. I just used a round moi moi bowl (see pic below) and pressed the rice into the bowl well n den turned it into the plate. You can use any deep bowl (of any shape too) around your house (I found that blue one in d pic while looking for the moi moi bowl). Don't go buying (times are hard so we improvise) but if u rili want to buy sha, 1 of those small bowls shudnt be more dan 100naira.

Hiccups no be bad thing na,it actually helps ur baby expand his lungs,same thing goes for crying,dunno wat u can do bout reducing it

@ify,my son was also doin d same thing,pooping bout 4-5 times a day(not watery o)I realized it was cos of d goldenmorn he was takin,wen I stopped d cereal,his poop returnef to 1ce or 2ce a day,I then got him weetabix instead and d pooping returned again,til I stoped it,bottomline if the cereal ure givin ur baby is high in fiber,hez goin to poo a lot

@humming try using vaseline on d babyz bum anytime u change his diapers,I used it for my 1st kid and his babybrother,and I tell u,not once did they get nappyrash,d jelly base of d vaseline acts as a barrier to d wetness of d nappy,so urine dosnt touch babyz skin directly

missmishel: Is not that too watery. it's slepry and this is the 3rd time. the poop in the mornig was differnt from the two times he poop after feeding him with the formular.

Mummyz,owr u today,my son is 7wks plus today,and before now I'd noticed that hez always gassy,has added a lot of weight and when he poops(once in bout 2days)its always explosive,watery and plenty,went to complain at d clinik but was told he was fine
So I decided to do some research,and I found out that babies who displayed such symptoms were getting too much foremilk and less hindmilk(this is termed oversupply)meaning that I was producing a lot of milk(d thing used to spurt out lik a tap)and d youngman wud be satisfied with d foremilk and unabl to tak d hindmilk(wch had all d nutrients),now this foremilk contains a lot of lactose and sucrose,which made him gassy(lactose)and add a lot of weight(sucrose).

D solution is for d baby to feed on one breast for d whole day,this way he gets to d hindmilk no matter what(I used to change breasts after every feed,which was wher d wahala was),and wen d milk starts rushing out lik a tap,let it stop befor continuing wth d feeding,I tried this method and iv noticed changes in my baby,hez not as gassy as he used to be(I actualy thot he had colic) hope this helps someone

I am exactly 22wks today. I have been experincing this severe pains on ♍Ɣ pelvis for over a month now. When getting up from bed, chair or when trying to turn while sleeping. Difficulties to stand nd walk immediately. Pls id this normal. ♍Ɣ DR said it is because of d baby weight or something i cant even recon with.pls is this normal? Cos it is over a month by now.

@fearless,I also had a cs,luckily for me my tummy is reducing,after I gave myself 6wks to rest and heal,I started goin for walks,this has helped,and I try to cut down on carbohydrtes,eat more of beans and vegetables
