slimphemmie: Good morning everyone..happy to be a member here!!! Got my bfp and scan says it's six weeks and few days...but worried my bloodwork reads high level of Typhoid! Ppl are recommending agbo/herbs for the treatment their reason being that the normal oyinbo drugs might be too harsh cos of the pregnancy status...a lil confused oh my ppl cos this bfp means Soooo much to me after 3 yrs of ttc! has anyone experienced typhoid in early pregnancy and kindly give hints on how you combat the thing....

Had d same issue,I keppt avin d typhoid evry 6wks til I gav birth,was told it was pregnancy induced typhoid,was treated wth antibiotics(amoxyl,augmentin)so dnt worry,d docs wil giv u drugs thhat are safe,congrats

Fear not,d same thing happened to me,my sonz own fell off @3wks,did research and found out some kidz own fall off at 8wks sef,someone said babies who rr born via cs or d mum had placenta previa are affected this way

Hiy mummyz,ow body,my 2month old developed cough o,took him to d clinic and was given cough mixture and erythromicine. Dis was now wat I had a problem with,d drugs given are d type given to olderkids,just dt d dosage I'm to giv d baby is smaller,I wud av been happier if I was given infant cough syrup and erytromicine(then I wud be sure they had babies in mind wen making it),I called up 2oda docs to confirm and they said d drugs werr ok to giv d baby,went on d internet to do research and evrything I found out was against d use of coughmedicine in infants below 3mnths,I'm just confused,thinkin of stopping d coughmedicine,

But from what I garnered reading this article,it says unfermented soy is dangerous to onez health,which means we can go ahead to enjoy soymilk,cos it goes through the fermentation process
