Refusal stamps are no longer put in passports, they will be returned back empty

Bio was Sept 16th.
Passport was returned 7th December . ( I asked for it back because I was travelling to Ghana and I needed my passport).
Decision was made on the 12th December.
I was asked to request BRP decision since 14th December and nothing.
I have checked all my Junk, spam and inbox and still nothing.
My case have now being escalated so I have to wait for 15 working days AGAIN.

You won't get a BRP mail for visitors visa

Either a refusal and/or collection mail

Early December, i got my passport back without a visa or refusal stamp.
I did a paid email / calls and this was what I was told.

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

Please request your decision letter here. BRPLetterRequests@fcdo.gov.uk

Still no messages or BRP mail. It was 15 working days yesterday after i emailed BRP.
I have escalated it today. So have to wait another 15 working days sad

If you are not far from tls , you can try going for collection . it might possible the available

I collected my passport beginning of December. There was no visa or rejection stamp and no paperwork. Hence why I escalated my case and still no news

I escalated my case on 12th Dec, wrote to UKVI on 14th and I was told a decision has been made but I have to email BRP to request a decision letter.
I wrote to BRP on the 14th December and still haven’t heard anything back.
Is that normal?

The number of working days from Dec 16 to date is about 11. so your wait period is still very normal. If you have not received any NSF, Refusal letter or Interview schedule mail, then you should be hoping for a straightforward decision in the coming days.

I showed them my brp and passport but suffice to mention that I applied for my visa from UK because you will only get your brp while in UK

I don’t know if that would work with Naija immigration. Application was made outside UK so I would think visa vignette sticker would be the only way to travel from Naija?
Anyways, fingers crossed I get good news soon because the suspense is killing me….

The only thing is how you will obtain your brp because I think you will get it when you arrived UK
Infact they're even planning of converting every visa to electronic form

Beginning of December, i visited VAC at Ikeja only for my passport to to returned without a UK visa sticker or any stamps.

On the 10th Dec, I wrote to UKVI, only to get this message :

With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, our records indicate a decision has been made on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone.

If your visa has been granted, a visa vignette (sticker) will be stuck inside your passport allowing you to travel.

i wrote them back explaining that I already have my passport but without a visa.

They responded that I write to this email (BRPLetterRequests@fcdo.gov.uk ) requesting my BRP decision/ letter.

it has been over 16 days ( 10 working days) and still no news.

I called them again today and was asked to wait due to the holidays. I’m getting FRUSTRATED!!

Do you think it might be a positive or negative outcome?
