Wenger is right Jackal. Those guys should be sold to Coventry
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by tkb417(m): 10:21am On Sep 27, 2007
If this display by a team of Manchester United's supposedly up and coming young stars is anything to go by, then the days of 'grow your own' footballers at Old Trafford is, barring the occasional individual, well and truly over.
Maybe Wenger is right for once . . . . don't bother finding your own young LOCAL players, just go out and buy 'em.
Word my brother. SAF was seriously not happy with the display.
It was a show of shame from those lads.

@Loyiks
yeah man. I stand by what ive said. If you check my first post, you'll see it der. I said it was a bad game from United's angle judging from what i read from SAF( same with what you posted).

Its not United's terrain judging from past trophies won and the commitment of the coaches involved. Same with Wenger. I cant remember when Arsenal won CC or worthington or  even coca cola cup. Long time ago im sure. Will you say its because the winners have been more better than Arsenal and united or just the attitude of the coaches to the comptition?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by tkb417(m): 10:04am On Sep 27, 2007
@Razorr
nah. wouldnt have seen the game even if it was on Telly. CC not my calling. Even when it was was worthington, i dont think we won it
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by tkb417(m): 9:58am On Sep 27, 2007
@Jackal
This competition is a distraction for real. Im sure Arsenal too wont dissipitate too much energy on this cos the UCL will take all the energy we all have got
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by tkb417(m): 9:55am On Sep 27, 2007
@Razorr
I didnt even see the game last nite. I dont usually dig that competition.
Last season, the only game i saw throughout was the Chelsea/Arsenal game.

Its not Uniteds terrain at all.

Errm,man u won d cc in 06,tkb
@Richboi
My friend dont tell me you dont understand sarcasm. Carling cup isnt the kind of competition United is all out to win.
Yes against Wigan 4-0 that happened to be the only trophy.
Carling cup has always been a competition where Fergie and Wenger test the young lads and wont be a yeardstick for measuring how the season will go
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by tkb417(m): 9:21am On Sep 27, 2007
TKB, when did you start supporting Man United, cause from your post, it seems you just started supporting your club this year.

Even I, a non-United fan, know that you won the Carling Cup just last year.

You are not a plastic fan, are you?
I said i wont say rubbish to you again doesnt mean you should post nonsence. Carling cup last year ko carling cup last century ni grin grin grin

Im sure i know more about Chelsea than you do. Soccer didnt just start today my dear, its been on since the Noah days and verily verily i say unto you, i be soccerman

Tell me your own views, and please dont say it can't work. Nothing is impossible.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by tkb417(m): 9:10am On Sep 27, 2007
what i can only deduce is that some people are just watching soccer. I cant remember the last time United won the carling cup and yet so much hubbub.
To even think Chelsea people are here to air thier din is appalling. Neways, failure has no grandchildren and even SAF himself wouldnt condone the LOSS
IT WAS A BAD GAME by all standards from United side.

We might not need Seun to do this anymore considering his posts

Nothing is impossible and i think sectional party may be a great idea too. Sports,Politics, Romance et al
I think the success will depend on corporate sponsorship we can get and also how intense the publicity will be.
We can do it,
@Romeo, Shunscott,Sillyboi,Crazykid,Debosky,A-40 enuff correct people in this place nooow
Whats the next line of action 'cos me i want the party to hold this December and it will work

this why most of them give wrong analysis about football.

GUNNERS FOR REAL.You ARE EITHER A GUNNER OR A GONER
Nah, ure wrong. Im not a Gaynner. Im a Devil. Ashley Cole is a good defender anyday. His love for money is ruining him gradually. I still believe he can hold his own against any attacker anytime.
Although C.Ronaldo and Ronaldinho have dealt with him before.

In other words I'm an NIN.
I didnt put any location don't mean I thread Nairaland from Space.

pls, let me have your own way of doing this without the Admin guy. Are you saying Nairaland party will hold without the Admin man's consent? I personally think it may not work that way
