i very much agree with you that a sudden change of MGT will affect the results. I'm reiterating that despite the fact that CFC arent getting the results, they have got the quality within to turn things around.

How hard can this be for you to understand. My point is simple. CFC has better players head to head compared to others. All you need is for the players to take up the challenge and face reality squarely. The earlier they do this the better.
