I'd advice u go to WAEC office my friend, there should be a solution.
Me or NBU may not be able to help you coz it's the Ministry that requires the document and not NBU.
So guy make u try.

@Favourmic I have seen ur documents and d issue with it is what only u can solve.
What u presented is a print out of your waec result, what d ministry require is a photocopy of your original waec result.
Am sure u know dat d print out from Web and photocopy of original is different?
I spoke withh Alexander tomov about it and he's willin to hasten the process only if can provide d document.
NBU is a flexible university so ure lucky coz they always try to give out. Valid info to international students.
And thet your course is language course, so u beta enroll for an English taught coz Bulgarian is hard to learn (4th hardest language in d world).

What are the documents you want to translate?

Bulgarian Embassy used to offer such services, but they no longer.
You can negotiate with a legal firm in bulgaria that translates, then you send your documents and they translate for you.
OR
An agent can help you with the translation.

I won't advice you to send your documents tru courier, instead use a friend or agent *hence it only legalisatiom.

When I say one way Ticket, I simply mean trelling to bulga (transit is sure) without booking a return ticket. So am considering flying with Emirates airline coz their fee for one way ticket is cheaper..

Am not sure there's any university in bulgaria that take in students around january/february . Most of the university I know always start their admission process from april and ends late september. But you can do a research on that to be sure.

I think you need a visa.
Check d website of ministry of foreign affairs bulgaria to know their rules on pesins with double nationality OR send an email to the embassy to get accurate information.

academic reference means someone who was your high school teacher or principal. Take note, be sure you will write the ones who know you better as a student and as a good citizen..

if your a first timer they will sure want to extort money from, put the money on your wallet and all so put like 2000 naira on de wallet, show them de money if they ask u, but don't give dem, give dem de 2k, they will try to delay u, just stay they with dem, and plead a llitle, they will finally stamp your passport and allow you go, they might even get angry and not collect the 2k, and if your a Yoruba guy or u no how to speak Yoruba it will be a bit easier for u, my first time i was with 2500$ and 1850 naira, they said i must give dem 100usd, eish, me told dem i cant touch de money cux i have already budgeted for it, i gave dem all de 1850 naira, dey started intimidating me dat they wont allow me fly giving so many fault, I simply called a friend who asked me to seat down they will them as if am not bothered, one guy just came and they wanted money nd the guy spoke Yoruba and they just stamp him and allow him go. at de end they got so angry and let me go with out collecting the #1850. don't give them any tin, they know first timers are always too excited that they can do anytin. a friend of mine going to Malaysia last week gave dem 300usd due to fear
