Just to keep you guys updated on what's happening in Bulgarian Embassy abuja.
The consular will be vacating his seat (reason best known to him) by the end of july and would be replaced immediately from the begining of August.
I pray the new Consular will resume office in our favour.

Express means u'd getit dat day after some hours.
Translation takes few days and I can help you get the medical certicate as soon as possible..
What hapund u dint process your documents since na? See now u have less dan 2weeks before deadline..

My dear i haven't o, when I called the school today i was told I have 10days or there about to submit my documents don't know if that will be possible. Even if I get to abuja tomorrow dont know how long the eligibility letter will take me to get it and to legalize my other documents.

Wetin hapun wey u no legalise ur documents since?
My advice: you can still go ahead and process your documents and send to the scholl.
They will treat yours as late entry, if you are lucky enuf u'd get admission if not they will schedule you for next admission session.
You can stilll check out for schools that have your course and apply if there admission deadline is convinient for u.

These information is everybody that will legalise their documents @MOE and MOFA.

4 Undergraduates (Bachelor)
You MUST take your documents to Ministry of Education PERSONALLY.
If you need Eligibility Letter, you MUST go with your *Testmonial.

4 Masters
You MUST include your O'level (waec or neco)
Before they will legalise your documents.

NOTE: don't think of sending your friend to do it because he may not succeed and your documents may be siezed if they find out he's not the owner.
Its not advisable to use AGENTS either but if you have the money, you can go ahead and use them.
Legalisation @MOFA is now 4hundred naira normal procedure against the 3hundred naira fee per document.. Express still 1k.

The Embassy don't do interview at the moment, all they want to see is that your documents are complete and legit.
I think they (Bg Embassy) usually advice applicants to schedule an interview date 10days before u leave for bulgaria.

First, you need to take your Weac (or neco), Testmonial(it will help you get eligibility letter), your school secondary school transcript and english proficiency (optional) but it will give you an edge.
Take all these documents to MOE for legalisation.
After you are done with legals @MOE, you now take the documents to MOFA for authentication. And lastly, Bulgaria embassy for final legalisation.

NOTE: legals @MOE is 3h and E.letter is 5h
While @ MOFA its 3h aswell but 1k for express.

has anyone in the house gotten their letter of eligibility. I have applied for a friend of mine for the past three weeks now through sombody in abuja but the excuse for the delay that i keep hearing is the director that is supposed to sign the letter travelled.

I was @Ministry of education on monday to apply for Eligibility Letter for a friend, but the news I got was " There has been no Electricity(light) more than a month"
So those that applied for E.letter have not received it yet.

I have not been to moe for long a time now, so I don't have the information you require.
But I know for sure the director must sign before the Eligibility Letter will be handed over.

My dad friend(family friend) wants to sponsor me, so I want to know if its advisable becoz my dad dosent have d finance to sponsor me.

Secondly, one of the requirements required was "ORIGINAL documentd of property of sponsor/company of sponsor"
Am really confused here, am thinking of presenting d Original with photocopies then I'd submit d photocopies and take back d Originals!!
