Hello guys, I would like to say a big thank you to this forum. Even tho I joined this forum 2 weeks ago and after d submission of my application. I got important info here on tracking and follow up on my visa. I got my trv on 6th December and traveled to Canada the next day. Please is there anybody on this forum in Conestoga College? Pls hola at me so we can meet up. I'd like to meet like minds in this zone with many unfamiliar faces . |
saxywale: feels good to be on here after serving my ban. congrats to all guys and babes that have collected their trv. i wish you all success in your studies in the maple leaf country.Yes true. In addition to this, you can buy a return ticket for example- Lagos - Toronto then Toronto -Lagos. And call the airline to leave the return date open for you throughout the year- to select any date you wish to return to Nig later. In conclusion a return ticket is cheaper than a one way ticket. |
ojoolajire: using the toilet at VFS office to pass away all the stress and wahala. I don't chop TRV after 4months of waiting. All thanks to God and my Uncle. I will forever be grateful to him.Congratulations oh!!! i tap from your blessing IJN. |
ojoolajire: www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Nigeria/trackyourapplication.htmlThank u very much. |
@obichijiokeobi where do I track from? Physically at d embassy, via email or Online - thier website? Cos each time I try to track it online i.e. Temporary resident - study permit part, it says I can't track for this type of visa. If possible, please can you send me the link to where you tracked yours from? Thanks |
apple08: Ah bros, no give up just like that now, if u did Meds at CP on Dec 5th, then ur meds should have been sent to the embassy. email them and quote your IMEI stating that you want to know the status of your medicals. and am sure they will surely tell u if it has been sent to the embassy or not. Their email is info@childrenspractice.com. Skools dey open Jan 2nd doesnt mean classes are starting same day, most of dem are having the first few days for orientation and then start lectures by Jan 6th or 13th, so you can still meet up. I will advice u beta start packing...Thanks a lot. I'll do that today. |
ojoolajire: Did medicals on December 9 at asaju. when did u do yours.I did my medicals December 5th at Children's practice. My resumption date is meant to be January 2nd. I clearly cannot even meet up with the date anymore. Still hopeful sha if I hear the good news this week, I'll confirm from the school if I can still join this session. If not then it's till May. |
ojoolajire: How difficult it is waiting for TRV. I have a lot of books to read but just very difficult to focus 100%.. Hopefully , good news will come tomorrowMy brother, you are not alone. I can't concentrate either. This kind wait no easy. May we receive good news tomorrow IJN. Amen. |

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this thread and seem to really like this group. I submitted my application to the Canadian embassy on the 19th Aug and was sent an email for medicals through my agent. My agent went to their office to collect my passport not sure if it's d vfs office or embassy and said she was told verbally that I should provide proof of additional funds but this wasn't documented or included in the mail sent by the embassy. Please has anyone ever experienced this? If yes, what does this mean? Thanks for your response. |
