The Yorubas in SW are not more Yoruba than me.

Am from otun- Ekiti and all the Ekiti-state indigenes are in support of the creation of Oduduwa republic, so face your North Central problem you might be ekiti-kwara but the fact still remain that you northerns

Politics / I Am Glad To Have Assisted Christian Chukwu,,, Femi Otedola,, by Tmmycash(m): 3:28pm On Jul 15, 2019
Femi Otedola, billionaire businessman, says he is glad to have assisted Christian Chukwu, former coach of the Super Eagles, recover from prostate cancer.

While receiving Chukwu, who just returned to the country after treatment abroad, the philanthropist said assisting people is his way of life and he would rather spend money on people than on drinks.

Otedola had voluntarily offered to assist Chukwu when the reports that the former footballer was down with cancer went viral.

The businessman had presented Chukwu with a cheque of $50,000.

“I want to extend my appreciation to Mr. Christian Chukwu for coming down to acknowledge me on his arrival from the United Kingdom, for supporting his medical expenses, although for me, it is just a part of my nature,” he said.

“I was moved when I heard about Mr. Chukwu’s situation because I remember that about 20 years ago, my father, the late Sir Michael Otedola also suffered a stroke from using fake aspirin. This experience has over time made me to appreciate that good medical attention can give a good and prolonged life and that was what motivated me to rise up and assist Mr. Christian Chukwu.

“In my circle of friends, many people spend up to N50 million to drink champagne and generally ‘enjoy’ life, but at the end of it all what happens? It passes out of their body as waste. For me therefore (and I also tell my friends) it is important to use such money to benefit others and put a smile on the faces of as many people as we can.

“To update you, the sum of roughly N36,635,000 has been expended on Mr. Christian Chukwu’s medical and travel expenses and it is my joy that I am spending the money God blessed me with to be of assistance to him.”

He said this gesture is not a one-off affair, as he is currently assisting Peter Fregene, another ailing ex-Super Eagles goalkeeper with his medical bills.

This humanitarian gesture, Otedola said also extends to the entertainment sector, where he is currently responsible for the medical rehabilitation of Victor Olaotan, an actor who was lead character in the soap opera series “Tinsel.”

“So for me, it is just my nature to give back to society and these philanthropic gestures are just a tip of the iceberg. I am humbled by the gratitude being expressed by Mr. Chukwu but I believe that all thanks belong to God and I thank God for putting me in a position to be able to be of assistance,” he said.

Crime / ISIS Makes Plans To Assassinate Kate Middleton By Poisoning Her Supermarket Shop by Tmmycash(m): 5:19pm On Jan 14, 2019
ISIS terrorist group and its supporters have allegedly used an encrypted messaging app to discuss how to kill Kate Middleton by poisoning her.

Terror fanatics are said to have sent private messages on the Telegram app to spread a plot to murder the Duchess of Cambridge by targeting the supermarkets she shops at.

A picture of Kate, 37, pushing a shopping trolley was allegedly sent with the message: "We know what she eats — poison it."

The terrorist group then went on to share another message calling for an attack on her first son Prince George.

The group shared a picture of Prince George holding his father Prince William’s hand alongside the words: "Rise of the kuffar".
Kuffar translates as "unbeliever
The messages are being taken "very seriously", the Daily Star Sunday reported.
The newspaper quoted a source as saying:

Intelligence agents believe the threats made against Kate are not idle and are linked to messages sent by Husnain Rashid.

It’s a disgusting plot as it involves Kate’s young children, and hits out at her attempt to live a normal life like any mother wants to.
In July, internet terrorist Husnain Rashid was jailed for life with a minimum of 25 years for urging his social media followers to target Prince George at school. He also urged thousands of followers to carry out terror attacks at the World Cup in Russia.

A court heard that Rashid had encouraged followers to inject cyanide into fruit and vegetables at grocery stores and inject poison into ice cream.

Politics / APC Moves To Decimate Saraki In Kwara by Tmmycash(m): 1:56pm On Oct 24, 2018
Indications have emerged that the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki may have sponsored several candidates in the just concluded primary elections of the All Progressives Congress APC in Kwara state.

The party was said to have uncovered the action of the senate president after the primaries had been concluded, a move that made its national leadership to immediately put in place measures to identify and weed out those considered protégés of Dr Saraki. While two aspirants, Abdulfatai Yahaya and Mohammed Dele Belgore voluntarily withdrew from the governorship race, the National Working Committee NWC of the party had on the recommendations of the governorship screening panel screened eight aspirants to participate in the polls.
Those cleared were Yakubu Gobir, Hakeem Lawal, Ishaq Modibbo Kawu, Lukman Mustapha, Prof. Oba Abdul Raheem, Alhaji Tajudeen, Abdullahi Shuaibu Yaman and Abdulrahman Abdulrazak. In the lead up to the exercise, the NWC had dissolved the Hon. Ishola Balogun-Fulani led state working committee who were seen as aligned to Dr Saraki.
However, when the governorship primary election was later conducted, the results were not announced by the panel which conducted it. The NWC of the party had to meet, deliberate on it and then announced a winner. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq emerged the winner. “

When Saraki left the APC, we dissolved the state executives and we did our best to flush out the remnants of Saraki in the party but we later discovered that he even bought forms for some of the aspirants in the APC both for legislative and governorship seats. He actually sponsored some of them”, a top party official told Saturday Vanguard.
According to him, the party had to meet with the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed with a view to ascertaining the true identities of some of the aspirants whose contributions to the party in the past were not pronounced but who suddenly picked interest in the race. On how the party intends to upstage Saraki in Kwara politics, the source said most of the governorship aspirants have made firm commitment to work in concert with the Information minister to strengthen the party at the grass roots.

Politics / Fayemi’s Appointments Characterized By High Level Of Religious Discrimination – by Tmmycash(m): 1:28pm On Oct 24, 2018
The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN) B-Zone on Tuesday alleged that the first set of appointments by Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State was with high level of religious discrimination against Muslims in the state.

MSSN in a statement signed by Barrister Qaasim Odedeji (Amir/Zonal Coordinator), Alh Abdul Jalil AbdurRasaq (Secretary) and Engr Bashir Momoh (Public Relations Officer), a copy of which was made available to DAILY POST in Ibadan described the appointed of Secretary to the State Government, Chief of Staff and Chief Press Secretary (all Christians) as “a breach of trust and clear departure from the principles of objective policy embedded in the 1999 constitution”.

The association said, “Fayemi is holding the position for the second term. In his first term in office, he appeared a bit fair to the Muslims in comparison to his predecessors in office.

This attitude of Fayemi endeared him to Muslims in Ekiti State and beyond who saw in him a sense of fairness and a true demonstration of what a “Right Activist” and leader of civil society organization that he was before turning a politician should be.

“Therefore, Dr Fayemi got an overwhelming support of Ekiti Muslims who constitute about 40 per cent of the entire population of Ekiti state in his bid to return to office in 2014 and 2018 governorship elections.

“It is also important to state that the position of the Muslims as stated above was paid for when Ayodele Fayose won the 2014 election and did not hide his hatred for the Muslims in words and actions. Therefore, it was not surprising that Fayemi got the Muslims’ support in 2018 election despite various antics employed by Mr Fayose to secure the Muslim’s votes by hook and trickery.

It is, therefore, a breach of trust and clear departure from the principles of objective policy embedded in 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria when Dr John Kayode Fayemi named his Secretary to State Government, Chief of Staff and Chief Press Secretary with all of them Christians making Ekiti government now fully Christianized.

“The MSSN B-ZONE, covering the entire 17 States of Southern Nigeria including Ekiti State, rejects this appointments and considers them unfair, irresponsible, discriminatory and insensitive to the highest order. It is an attempt to paint Muslims as non-existent in the politics of Ekiti State. Is Fayemi claiming that there are no Muslims who are qualified to hold those positions within the fold of his party in Ekiti State? How come no such discrimination is seen in any other South West states where Muslims are a clear majority.

“We wonder if Fayemi is now initiated into the club of the people of his faith who find religious solace in the marginalization of Islam and the Muslims? Or perhaps he has an accord to subjugate and marginalize Muslims? With who he might have had such accord is also a thing of wonder. Could it be the Christian Association of Nigeria? Or is it just that Dr Fayemi has developed so much disregard for Muslims?

“Against the above background, we call on the leadership of APC in Nigeria and in particular Ekiti State to prevail on Dr Fayemi to, as a matter of urgency, reverse the recently-made appointments and reconstitute same in a fair and equitable manner.

MSSN, however, urged Fayemi to consider equity and fairness in his subsequent appointment of commissioners and advisers among others.

They said, “We also call on Dr Fayemi to consider equity and fairness in his subsequent appointment of Commissioners, Advisers, Chairmen and Members of Boards and Parastatals.

“The MSSN B-Zone is determined, more than ever before, to work in collaboration with other groups with similar objectives in making sure that Muslims are not relegated to background in any State of our jurisdiction and we are ready to take actions necessary including but not limited to legal action against any government or it’s official trying to treat us as second-class citizens in this Country. And let whoever cares know that the era when people use their office to subjugate and undermine the position of Muslims is gone for good Inshaa Allah”.
