U need d help of someone in canada. Since u cant edit d pdf. U can print, fill d form, sign then scan and send 2 d person in Canada. OR d person can fill, scan, convert 2 pdf again, then send 2 you. if u use a Samsung galaxy tab or any other gadget with dat has a pen, u can fill ur own aspect and sign with d pen and email back. the person does d rest. u can also check google, some guys in canada do it for a price, dunno if they can be trusted tho. it takes 30 calendar days for you to get a reply.

It takes 6weeks, the other guys that help charge more I think standupguy used one of them

That was dated 1st of June, and I belive their new study visa policy commenced on that date, and whike it may have been flexible then, maybe it is now been fully enforced.

People also need to understand that a document looks tight/great in your eye doesn't mean the vo see's it same way, people need to take their time and make sure they get it right and give the vo's want they want based on different applicant's stories, though cases are handled differently you still learn one or two things from every case scenario.

Me I don't know much about online or medicals o, but you might need to go back to your questionnaire to reanswer the question so you can upload what you'll be given at d hospital in the medical section. The questionnaire can be reviewed and re-answered at any point before submission
