The minimum duplex built on atleast 500 to 600sqm is priced between $4m to $6m. Convert that to naira and see for yourself. A plot of land there currently sells for 3.5m/4.5m per sqm, any house built on over 3,500sqm costs between $15m to $20m. There's one that was recently bought by a Lebanese, I would attach the picture. The property was listed at $20m asking. Wake up to the reality of things, not just politicians but industrialists, captains of industries, even rich Expatriates buy here everyday. And most houses are priced in dollars.

People drive for various reasons...Many just wants to pay bills and I have been in this category before...This biz was not designed to be a long haul neither was it made to be the way we have adopted it here....Some driver just needed it to get to their destination to do other things.. I have a car, I needed to be on the island for a meeting by 8am. I'll just switch on my app and pick a rider going my way! That trip will sort out my fuel. Such drivers can conveniently pick Ikeja to V.I for 5k, switch on AC, play good music and it will just be smile all the way! When I was very much active, 9 out of 10 riders would ask me within 10 mins of our ride if am a regular driver and I'll answer YES! I'll switched on AC, play my good music, solid absorber, neatly dressed because am either going to work or coming back, car smells nicely! They don't get that often! All for 5k from ICM to V.I.
