9jatrends:It's Katangua Market. |
Dear @mayorall, I know I do not fully meet the eligibility criteria as my account is less than two years old and I have fewer than 100 posts. However, I am sincerely in need of the financial support and would be deeply grateful if you could kindly consider me. Since joining the forum, I have contributed to a couple of threads and shared advice in my own little way, always striving to add value and engage respectfully with others. Thank you for your consideration. |
Figger:Thank you for your prompt recommendation. |
Hello . . I'm planning to start a bicycle rental business and I'm looking for recommendations on where I can buy used bicycles for teenagers and children at reasonable prices in Lagos. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

PLANTAIN CHIPS PLANTAIN DODO IT'S PROFITABLE. IF YOU HAVE A MARKET FOR IT. Produce & Package in Nylon, Supply Aboki Shops and other small small shops. You can also supply whole sellers. You can also package in Plastic containers and supply offices and/or homes. Dozen Price - ₦500/13 pieces. Retail Price - ₦50 YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TO START - Unripe Plantain (Buy in bulk) - Pot or Frying pan - Groundnut Oil - Big Spoon - Plantain Slicer or Knife - Nylon (3x3) - Big Nylon to pack in Dozens - Stapler & Pin - Product Label (optional) but it will make sense - Tray(s) - Heating medium (Gas, Stove, Firewood or Charcoal, etc) - Seive - Paper (unused papers to drain oil after frying) I believe most people have few or some of the items listed above, so you won't need to buy much items to start and you might no even spend up to 30k. If you stay in Lagos, you can buy plantains at Idi-Oro Market (Mushin), Arena Market (Oshodi), Ile-Epo Market (Close to Super). My wife usually buy at the Arena Market - they sell the plantain bunch in dozens. A dozen can go for about 10 - 15k upward depending on the size of the plantains. I CAN HELP YOU DESIGN PRODUCT LABEL (FREE OF CHARGE) and share the soft copy with you for printing. I design my wife's product label. YOU CAN START SMALL AND GROW BIG. I AM A FAN OF SMALL STARTERS. I LOVE BUSINESS. I LOVE TO SEE BUSINESSES GROW. I LOVE SUCCESS STORY. Thank you.

CandidAdmin:Do you really know about them in real life? |
MatrixReloaded:FOR A FAMILY MAN? IN THIS PRESENT ECONOMY? Na how many Nigerians (married with children) wey dey earn above 50k monthly, get 600k in savings? How many casual workers earns 50k monthly salary in a "bread factory, pure water package company, wheelbarrow assembly factory".LET'S BE REALISTIC ABEG. ARE YOU EVEN A NIGERIAN? DO YOU LIVE AND WORK IN NIGERIA? HAVE YOU STARTED WORKING (Not affiliate marketing, forex/Bitcoin stuff or some online something something) HAVE YOU WORKED IN A FACTORY AS A CASUAL WORKER BEFORE? ARE YOU AN EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYER?? ARE YOU SINGLE OR MARRIED? DO YOU LIVE ALONE OR LIVE WITH PARENTS?😃 If the loan He's seeking is for business purpose, My advice to him . . . "NO MATTER HOW BIG YOUR IDEA OR PLAN IS, BE BOLD TO START SMALL" However, taking a genuine business loans (not grant) with an agreement to pay back, from family members is not a bad idea. All fingers are not equal. A large count of people won't go to family members for help if they have other better and sure options, to avoid "see finish" - "Na Condition dey make crayfish bend." "Big men dey take business loans. Big men dey support each other. E no easy abeg. PLEASE, LET'S BE REALISTIC 🙏

Xxxxtentacion2:This is very important and will surely do it REGULARLY to ensure growth and sustainability. Thanks. |
Xxxxtentacion2:I really appreciate your input. Thank you for your time. |
Xxxxtentacion2:Hmm... You're correct about this view. Though my plan is to ensure that the tarpaulin tent has window space (that can be rolled up) for ventilation and also provide standing fan(s) to make customers and equipment comfortable. Thanks. |
Xxxxtentacion2:Okay, I will take this idea/suggestion into consideration and do a cost comparison with that of the tarpaulin tent (...just looking at starting small to manage startup capital and expand/improve on the structure later). In fact, I will need to find out whether the Landlord of the space I intend to situate my business will permit the shed construction with the use of "zinc, plank, tiles/cement..." I really appreciate your suggestion. Many thanks! |

Greetings, Please where can I get the tarpaulin tent below in Lagos? I got the attached image on the Jiji platform and all effort to reach the product seller/advertiser proved abortive. I want to use this tent as a temporary office space and I hope it's a good idea, feel free to advise. Thanks.

Help us tell the ones at home too. In fact, "Mama put" is far far better than most of those fancy eateries. Half-cooked Rice & Chicken, Sour Moi-Moi, Zero Pepper, etc. . . . Just selling branded plate, spoon, toothpick, serviette & nylon bag. I pity consumers with poor food sensory evaluation ability.

Both text and audio Christian devotional are sent to me on WhatsApp on a daily basis from 5 different people. It's getting too much and I don't like it. Imagine getting 6 x 15mb x 15 - 20 minutes each audio file from 4 persons daily...with very long messages in text format. I do not read/listen to those devotionals but I always thank this particular sender because She's an elderly person. I do not even bother to open messages from the other young ones but they keep sending. One has stopped sending sha. Note: I am a Christian but not the religious type. How do I tell them, politely, that they shouldn't send devotionals to me again because I do not read or listen to them? Thank you.

I love this, a form of empowerment. Well-done my Brother. Dear Aspiring Entrepreneurs, you can actually start small and grow big. Start from somewhere. Do not forget the power of Social Media and the Internet. Research and Learn. Do not also forget the power of Packaging/Branding. We need more entrepreneurship/empowerment-related posts like this on the front page of this forum. |
