plaque is a deposit mainly consisting of bacteria formed on the tooth surface & other dental appliances in the mouth. It forms on the tooth surface dat was not brushed properly, it can be removed by proper tooth brushing while calculus is hardened plaque or calcified plaque which cannot be removed by tooth brushing but by the dentist, this is why u shud visit d dentist every 6mths. U shud use dental floss everyday to remove deposits in btw ur teeth. Yes, it amounts to bad breath.

yomide: Pls what do u do to a tooth that's becoming horizontal thanks. I mean especially the front tooth that's always shooting out.

u can do what is called orthodontic treatment in which u may use a removable appliance or a fixed appliance such as braces
