its a normal thing in Abuja especially now that the civil servants have to survive with only their salary as gov has block most of the leakages they use in making extra cash.

Aside making extra cash, its also very helpful because population of Abuja is growing everyday and the officially registered "kabukabu" is not sufficient.

About your DE Screening report being printed out without a score, you need not worry about that cause. The modification was made by OAU itself, only candidate who register earlier beforehand has a score on their report like myself. On reprinting, i couldn't get a score anymore.

And about your transcript, you can never get a soft copy for it, cause its always sealed in an envelope from your school. That is exactly the way you are to submit. Just like a parcel/letter.

I hope you are cleared with my answers?

You don't need to scan your transcript, likewise your transcript should be SEALED and submitted to the school registrar.

Note the word SEALED and not opened else it won't be accepted
