Presently,I"am working with a bank in Abuja and hve being waiting all dis while for IBPLC even b/4 my present job. I recived invitation to resume training with IBPLC last week. I went to their regional office to explain my situation to them for them to take me as Et-2 instead of Et-1 as they presently classify. They refused and gave me a week to make my decision or forget about it or apply after being confirmed in my present bank.I will be due for confirmation in three months time
pls, Landers i need ur suggestions.

Thank u!I learnt that their training is one of the best in Nigeria;taking u through all the banking departments & also they are paying more than the so called big banks.We will put in our best to make Unity bank a force to recoren with in the banking industry.

Thank God for Me. Unity Bank have finaly called me for a 6wks training in kaduna training school,starting from May 4th. I got their text this morning. I have been waiting for Unity Bank & Intercontinental Bank since Last year & early this year,but Unity called first so I am heading straight to kaduna till I hear from IBPLC.God's time is the best!

It is for real!I was called also,did medicals yestday. Traning school opens next month May by God's Grace.Sourced 4rm Head office.

pls is the medical for coppers that served with Unity Bank or for text and interview conducted last year around october & november? somone told me that the medicals was conducted for corp members that served with the Bank.pls respond i want to confirm this for the benefit of others that are awaiting to do medicals/training.thanks!

I went to Unity Bank head office and was informed by the hr manager that there will be 2nd batch.The only problem is that the head of human capital was changed and the list is already waiting on his table for approval. So let us all be stead fast in prayer for God's intervention.We will get there God willing.

please this is very disheartening that one Will pass a test and was never invited for the interview, well as for u guys that were invited I wish u the best, but when you get there try to contribute your own quota to see that there is fair play in all issues concerning human resources, as a candidate I scored 62 when the so called cut off is 50 tell me why I shld not be invited,I believe lots of lander will have this kind of story to tell,perharps that is why unity bank is not growing, I didnt believe what people used to say that there is tribal discrimination in that bank, but I hav come to believe so wit what is going on as northerners are bein considered than others, in another way could it be that gatecrashers were not called for the interview because I gatecrashed and stilled passed the test, in all I wish u all the best my prayer is that God will place each and everyone of us may be unity bank is too small for me and most others that were not invited and God didnt allow us to be there thanks all.

it's a pity that one will risk his/her life to write a test and afterwards denied of the opportunity to attend interview due to discrimination. I wrote unity bank test last month in lafia(invited) 4rm Abuja and scored 86%.They refused to invite me for interview where as people 4rm some selected states in the North that scored below pass mark(50%) where invited 4 interview.I've visited their head office on several occasions but the reply got wasn't satisfactory i.e that people are being invited in batches. I HAVE HANDED THIS CASE OVER TO GOD,HE WILL EXECUTE HIS JUDGEMENT SOON.I rest my case.

I got a txt frm Intercotinental bnk inviting me 4 a test. one @ NUC in maitama & the other at Pacesetter Academy in zone 7,both taking place at the same time sat 7th oct by 2pm.I am confussed. Is this a scan(419).Pls i need nairaland view on this.
