Thanks so much baba. Sirkezman responds to my mail every now and then to also give useful suggestions. Katolistic always calling to know wassup n make positive wishes. My people, in Uni Tartu, for the programme i applied for, out of around 40 applicants, only 15 will be admitted. 8 on tuition waiver and only 3 from Africa. Abeg make una pray for your guy ooo. I need favour on my side through God.

I presently live and work in Dubai, but I would like to apply for a Bachelor degree program in any Estonia institution, I have read all the posts from A-Z and have gained a lot from what I read, I did my research and I found that they have one course for free (integrated Engineering) but most of other courses are paid,..what I don't understand is if I apply for a course it doesn't matter if it's paid, do I have to pay for the tuition before getting the admission? , because I haven't noticed anybody mention how they paid or when they will pay for tuition,
I will really appreciate it if any of the gurus can shed light on this for me,..

I'm sorry, you can no longer apply for the scholarship. The deadline has passed. It's caters for only living expenses. One can apply for it before getting admission but only after getting a positive feedback from Uni's first review of one's application. One has to signifiy on admission application that he or she got to know about Estonia through the scholarship or send emails after applying to get a supporting letter. Please visit www.studyinestonia.ee/Master-degree-scholarships to get more information.
Tuition fee scholarship is automatic after admission if a Uni is offering scholarship for the course one applied for. For example, UT admits only 25 students for the course I applied for and offers 100% tuition scholarship to 14 students on the admission list.

The letter of acceptance and other information related to registration will be sent to you by email by the end of April to the email address you have given in the application form.

God is great! Without toefl, ielts, pte etc.., no original certificate but notification of result, incomplete status at UAF and rejection of my 3 transcripts...this is it!

We have received the official decision from the Dean today and we are
happy to announce that you have been ACCEPTED to study in IMPIT-programme.
 
We will send you the individual acceptance letters (direct or conditional
- in the case of conditional acceptance, you need to still deliver some
Pending papers, like the degree certificate after graduation this spring) early
next week by email with some other documents and at the same time we will send you some
practical information concerning the next steps.
 
Within next week or two we will offer some scholarships. Those have not been decided yet.
We will inform everyone who is receiving this email about the process whether or not you will be
suggested as a receiver of a scholarship at the first phase.
