Bless!!!!
@Jbaby09

The Schedule A form asked you to - Give full details of all the secondary and post secondary education (including university, college and apprenticeship training) you have had.

It has nothing to do with what you have an ECA on.
Please, we should learn to read instructions.

ToniaGee:
Hi Everyone.

Do you think I can get PR after being denied a US Visa?

I was denied a US Visa in October last year, because according to them, I don't have enough ties to my home country.
@ToniaGee,
Please go ahead and apply for PR but state all your visa refusals. If you have the rejection letters, you can also attach in your application.
I had 9 visa denials from UK, US, Turkey and France and mentioned all in my PR application which has been approved (in less than 5months).
"Regular" visa denials have no negative impact on your PR application. It's more dangerous not to declare them.

All the best.

Getting ready to mark your PPR script. Doing press up already. The journey has come to a grateful end
@Richness1104,

The wait for PPR is still on, 33 days after application approval.
Please guys, can I call Case Processing Center, Ottawa directly?

I'm getting worried.

Apologies if my words come out as demeaning, brother.

Nonetheless, I still stand by my statement about the NP wanting to overbill me. And that, to me, makes him a shyster.

Why must he see the person who gave me the money before he tells me my bill?

Besides, why would anyone be asking who sent the money to me when everything is clearly stated in the document? Why would he be interested in what I want to use my money for? That's my business. Not his.
@godG
I understand where you are coming from sha.
However, I am not a lawyer but I know that NPs are meant to "attest authenticity of signature" with their red seal/ stamp. Which means that the document to be notarized has to be signed in his presence. But we know, this is Naija, people will hardly do what is expected of them; especially when money can be involved.

My point is, your actions might have also left the NP feeling that you are fraudulent because he is actually expected to see the person that gave you the gift deed sign the document.

So, try relax small undecided undecided undecided

I'm wondering if that's where my PPR will be sent from or they'll still forward to AVO before I get PPR.

Seniors in the house, I seriously need your counsel as I'm in a terrible dilemma. I am currently in the pool with 447, I have the chance of boosting my score to 450 if I remark and get an upgrade from 7 to 7.5 for ielts writing. I'm however caught in between whether or not to do that. My birthday is February.

Thanks all.
Please do a remark and also schedule to write the test again. You can try MOD if the earlier was with BC. The earlier the better because no one knows if they intend to drop the cut off below 450 this year, at the rate they are going.

All the best.
