They only show us pictures taken at the airport. It's more than 24 hours since he entered the US, the meeting should have commence and we should have been feed with pictures and video of the meetings. Abi he went there days ahead of the meetings??

Wrong. That’s not what the court is saying. All the 15 count charges leveled against Kanu has been quashed on the merit that due process was not followed. If FG re-arrest Kanu, what charges will they bring against him since all the 15 charges have been dismissed.

He was once granted bail which he jumped, only a foolish government will release him once more...

jumping bail is another crime to be handled separately... The stand of the court is that he should be released and returned back to Kenya. Let's be clear here, the court isn't saying he didn't commit offenses. All the court is saying is that the AGF should follow due process in arresting him and bring him for trials.

Now back to your question, in the interest of the rest for the rule and due process of the law.

I once read a documentary of a CIA agent who arrested and convicted several criminals in the USA... After about a year or two, the harden criminals were all released because he followed undue process and violated their privacy to extract information used against them. Now the agent was dismissed and the criminals freed.
I didn't write up these to state that Nnamdi Kanu is a criminal, but to state that when due process is not followed, every conviction is illegal no matter the crime.
So the AGF should just accept their mistake and free the man.
Secondly, someone should be dismissed for carrying out an illegal arrest.
