Kindly exercise patience till your result comes out but from experience I'm more comfortable with computer-based tests as it's easier to concentrate on the screen. Also I'm more comfortable typing than writing for long. When your result comes out you'll know what next to do

MOD/IDP and BC are the bodies that organise the exam in Nigeria. The Exam is the same.

For writing, i pray you get above 6 5. Because its advised to always finish up and check for errors once you hear "5 mins remaining".

It's actually this unchecked error that cuts marks and reduces the points.

I wrote the IELTS exam yesterday
Mehn! It was tough. Sadly I got distracted in the listening and missed some questions. I'm so angry with myself.
As for the writing, it was a race against time. I didn't have time to correct errors. I could see them but we had already been asked to drop our pencils.
I think I did well in the reading aspect while the speaking was just okay.
I wrote with MOD/IDP.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope that I scale through.

Please how do I get WES to evaluate only my MSC degree. I had earlier sent in request for both my degrees but now they have received verification email for my MSc while the BSC is still outstanding. I want to withdraw the BSC. Any advise?

I did the same before realizing that M.Sc was enough. So I reached out to WES via the online Contact form and it was removed. Here's what I sent exactly;

"I would like to request that my B. Sc Transcript/certificate be removed from this order as I am only required to evaluate my highest level of education, which is my Masters degree. This will help me with a faster evaluation as my Bsc transcript is difficult to obtain at the moment"

I just made up my mind to exit the country, so I decided to join this forum for help. I'm planning to relocate to Canada through the Express Entry programme.

Please can somebody help on how to go about this process. I have educational qualification up to Masters level.

1. Should I start with credential evaluation first or prepare for IELTS, pass and then proceed to former?
2. For credential evaluation, should I input my education information from WAEC level up till Masters on WES website or Masters alone is fine?
3. What link can I check to access practice question for the IELTS?

You can also start your credential evaluation while you prepare for IELTS GT.
Your Masters alone is just fine.
Again, please research from Page 1 of that express entry thread first, before you start anything, to avoid mistakes.

Yes o. A lot of people collected today. Someone told me he was asked to come back in 2 weeks after capturing today unlike the "no available booklets" mantra of a few weeks back.
I was in and out in 1hr.

Hi, I'm sorry for just responding.

I applied by myself. If this is what you mean, then you have to go to the "NIS Portal" to apply for either fresh or renewal. Follow the instructions as it's easy.
I paid via netpost.
Make sure you save your application form, your acknowledgment receipt and every other receipt.
You will also need your national ID, LG of origin certificate, passport photographs, birth certificate and/or confirmation of name, as the case may be. Everything you'll need is listed on the portal.

Guarantor
Download your guarantor's form(2pages) from the portal.
You'll need your guarantor to sign, to give a passport photo, International passport data page and driver's license/national ID.
You will also need to notarize the guarantor's form and this can be done at the passport office for N500.

When you get to Ikoyi passport office, ask for the court and notarize. Then go to to the servicom cubicle, here, your documents will be arranged and put it in a file. You'll also be given a document to photocopy and fill.

From the servicom cubicle, you'll be directed to the "long room" where you'll meet with various offices who'll vet and sign on the various documents.
After these, you'll go for Enrollment and capturing.

This sounds like a lot but you'll be done in a very short time.

Please note that for now, they are insisting that booklets are not available for 32 pages at the Ikoyi office.

Good morning guys, I just finished processing my epassport at ikoyi. I spent less than 2hours. Thanks to Tinuke cc:TOdus18 for guiding me through the process.
After printing out my slip after capturing, I was told their NIMC server is having Network issue( for my NIN verification), that I should copy some numbers pasted at the front of the servicom unit.
Who else has/once had this challenge?
I spent 26k for applying online and #500 for notary stamp on my guarantor's form.

Thanks to the creator of this thread it's indeed invaluable.

I even called Servicom. They said the same thing. They said they are having technical issues in Abuja. But it should be available before the end of this month (I hope this is true sha). He couldn't even explain what the technical issues are.

I just completed the process myself yesterday. I paid the 26k online and went to Ikoyi for the processing and capturing.
It was very seamless.
My experience with the servicom guys wasn't exactly pleasant, instead I had better service from the other immigration guys and nobody requested for an extra dime.
The hassle now will be getting the passport as they still claim that 32pages booklets are unavailable.
