Hi.

So I'm about to submit my application, but something is bugging me.

My boss gave me a bonus of a really large sum that is going to be part of my POF.

The issue now is that on my bank statement its not really showing that the money came from the company account. The description is Just a long string of numbers without any sensible explanation.

Should I leave it like that? or try to explain it?

For POF I plan on submitting my ARM Money Market Account statement and Letter and my GTB Statement. Do I need to get a letter from GTB too or is the statement going to be sufficient?

It is about 4.5 times my salary.

When you say way more than your salary what do you mean? And by how much % ?

Companies pay bonuses (performance bonus, profit share, discretionary bonus, retention bonus, etc) and sometimes it can be 200% more than your salary.

If you want to make explore this route, you can get your company to do you letter and backdate Simple!

Please I need advice on POF.

My sister gave me about 68% of the money needed and signed a gift deed to that effect. I put this money in a Money Market Fund.

From my own savings I have about 21% of the money needed. It was in my piggyvest but I withdrew it into my GTB account.

My boss in her goodwill decided to give me the remaining money and transferred it straight into my salary account which is my GTB account.

I plan to submit statements both from the Money Market Fund and my GTB savings account.

The money from my boss is my issue now. I dont know how I'd explain the lump sum cos its obviously way more than my salary and even though she paid it from the company account, there's really no believable reason as to why she gave me such an amount.

Please how can I explain this? What should I do?

I have considered getting her to sign a gift deed but my sister already signed a gift deed for me and I dont want to use 2 gift deeds.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently sent my ATS transcript to WES via etx.ng. WES sent me a mail that ICAN is requesting for me to pay before they can verify my documents and I should contact them. I reached out to ICAn and they are telling me that they dunno about anything like that and they have not even gotten any verification mail from WES. WES is insisting they have sent it and now I'm just confused. Please has this happened to anyone? Or is it etx that would verify it? Abeg epp me

please does anyone have a contact in Unilag transcript office ? The site is down so there's no way of contacting them. I read here that getting etx.ng to do it for you would take months that it's better to process yourself and get etx to send it to WES for you. But I haven't been able to start the process cos unilag website has been down for days. Please anyone with useful information that can help biko.
