Striker is selective. Atrazine is not. Generally, the word 'selective' is dangerous. Be careful what you spray once crop germinates. My neighbour lost his 100-acre maize this year to 'selective' herbicides.

For farmers planting late season maize, please study the rainfall patter in your area before planting and choose the right seeds to plant. Early maturity varieties may be needed if rainfall stops early in your zone.

For maize, 3 Maize Force by Jubaili did great for me as a pre emergence herbicide. I currently don't use any post emergence.

There are many hybrid seeds in Nigeria that are better than Premier Seeds' Oba 2, Super 6 and 98. I think the best seed is Seedco's SC 727 and SC 719 (yield potential of 14 tonnes per hectare), Mosanto's DK 920 (potential yield of 10 tonnes per hectare) and Dupont's Pioneer Sees (potential yield of 8 to 12 tonnes per hectare). PLEASE note: Yield potential and actual yield are ALWAYS different.

Being a registered company is not enough to qualify for escrow services though and knowing their hkme address too is not enough. Some people are a complete fraud. They can decide not to come hoke for weeks or months. Many people are fraudulent.

How do you ensure the third party is truly a third party with no tied to either buyer or seller and will truly remit money. Are there recognised companies that offer this service or these escrow account are fellow NLers?

A third party holds the funds...both the seller and buyer is secured...one buyer confirms he has received goods or services the escrow credits the seller the said amount.
Meanwhile do you normally have funds for sale?

Please how does escrow work? Particularly interested because some folks here delay Naira endlessly.
