Awesome. Congratulations. What is your total score?
jayned:
Guys ooo. join me sing hallelujah. I just finished business plan and i scored 100/100. I really dont know how it happened as i was just selecting the answers anyhow and even dozing at intervals without referring much to the material and my target was 50/70 (since i was least confident). so i was shocked to see 70/70 at the end.

on second thoughts, what helped me was the fact that i jotted almost everything the facilitator said(a game of data, time and patience) so it must have stuck in my memory passively.

I wish you all the best and yes, its possible to score 100/100.

Started on Friday, 29 December 2017, 9:48 PM
State Finished
Completed on Friday, 29 December 2017, 11:07 PM
Time taken 1 hour 18 mins
Marks 30/30
Grade 70 out of 70 (100%)

Total for each course is 15 points for end of session activities. Most courses had 3 sessions so it is 5 marks except for Marketing that had 4 sessions so they made it 5 points, 5 points, 3 points and 2 points for the sessions.
jakesbaba:

The end of session activity........ Is it always 5 marks?

Read. Act. File. Trash
Prudento:

The guy no try. His Module is the least interesting. But he did mention EOQ. Please whats the full meaning of this R.A.F.T?
Business / Re: Youwin Connect Business Competition 2017 by TokyoBulls(m): 9:41pm On Dec 26, 2017
Yes. I agree there are no deductions due to time. There was one of the sessions I did but I was really distracted. It took me more than 1 hour to answer all 30 questions and at the end, I had a perfect score. Give it your best shot. Take your time and pick the best answer. All the best wishes.
jayned:

Thanks for the breakdown. Now we know time has nothing to do with the scores.

30 multiple choice questions. Options A - D. Maximum mark obtainable: 70 points. All the end of session activities count. Each activity (except Marketing with 4 sessions) gives you 5 points. Nothing really serious. The answers do not have to be correct. Once you write something there, you get 5 points. Attempting the course gives you 15 points. 3 end of session activities gives you 15 points. End of course assessment gives you 70 points.
kennedyugo:

Please what's the nature of the assessments? Multiple choice or written? I have not attempted them.
Also, are the end of module activities counted in the final score?
Business / Re: Youwin Connect Business Competition 2017 by TokyoBulls(m): 6:16pm On Dec 26, 2017
No. There was no point in the course or training material that he mentioned EOQ, not to talk of giving the formula. That is the formula to be used in calculating the last End of Session Activity before the Assessment. He also did not discuss R.A.F.T. at all but he set questions on it. He also intentionally set questions that were meant to confuse so we could miss them by deliberately inserting words in the sentences. SMH. He was,
for me, the least impressive of the course facilitators.
jayned:
.

And the facilitator had a cold or something. please did you see the formula for EOQ anywhere in the course material. Maybe I slept while watching that part. I was shocked to see it in the assessment.

Even the course material was not properly thought out. It was not properly delivered either. Grossly disjointed.

My worse is this general and operations mgt. Some of the assessment questions are not properly thought out. Some of the goofs are better seen than described.

This new training and assessment is muddled up and unclear. Marketing has both Marketing and Accounting questions and some of the questions asked were not covered in the material. Accounting is the best and most straight forward so far. Questions asked were discussed in the training material. HR is very boring.

There is no pass or fail mark. Each candidate's success or failure is determined by where he or she stands on the national and regional ranks. Candidates who make it to 'Top 800' nationally will advance to the next stage PLUS candidates who make it to 'Top 700' in each of the 6 geopolitical zones. So, overall, the best (800 + 700 x 6) = 5,000 candidates will be selected to proceed to the next stage.

The process looks simple and the people appear credible. What they have done is reduce ALL participant's end of course assessment test scores to zero. ALL. This is to eliminate cases of mercenaries who helped people to attempt the tests and hence affect the integrity of the programme and the process. So now, ALL of us (including those who attempted the test genuinely and those who paid people to write if for them will start again with the assessment tests. Only the 30 marks from attendance and session assessments will remain. That may be painful to some but it is the fairest thing to do. Let the best SMEs get the opportunities they deserve.

Mine too was reduced more 100 points.

Seems they have already chosen the people they want and are trying to keep it that way

That EFCC case is semi-DOA. Negotiation, arbitration, conflict resolution, etc will get better results than EFCC. Plus, you will also need to spend for mobilization and operation. Best case you can get is court. Court proceedings will take years and you will spend money on legal fees, etc and money may still not be paid after five years. There are better ways to deal with these issues.
Business / Re: ➜ ➜ ➜Currency/E-currency Market Deals➜ ➜ ➜ by TokyoBulls(m): 12:49pm On Nov 25, 2017
That was in the past. We have moved beyond this point. We are all in business and 'non-linear' things happen. Beyond the why, the reality is that money moved and it is with your client. Let them speak with your client and discuss a solution. This is simple resolution.
Drlaw:

Funlord just interupted where its not neccesary, and to whether I skipped any part, maybe you skipped the part of some of my screenshot where this seller had been clearly informed not to send again?

let him explain to us why he act against proceeding in the first place.
Business / Re: ➜ ➜ ➜Currency/E-currency Market Deals➜ ➜ ➜ by TokyoBulls(m): 12:46pm On Nov 25, 2017
Blaming A for B to satisfy C, apologies, rants, insults, abuses, etc are ALL secondary to the fact that money belonging to one party is in possession of the other party. These things are simple and expected for sanity in a civil society. If 'your client' does not need the fund, let him refund. If he does need it, let him pay Naira. Wasting time and energy over a simple matter.

@drlaw and Donpizzle

This issue is getting too deep and it should not
embarassed

'I am still not understanding' why we Nigerians are this aggressive on a matter that requires no noise. BOTH OF YOU are just accusing each other of scam with no prove

Now drlaw pls honour this honourable thread by supplying the screenshot showing the mobile number of the client that run away with the fund regardless of Donpizzle apology or not.

kindly cover (include) part of your conversation with the said client that will show where he ask you if you send additional fund of which you were not notified by the seller

Let's get over this issue once and for all pls. we all have other things to do

If buyer gets an instruction from you, the seller to pay a third party who was not part of that transaction and obeys and tomorrow (planned or unplanned) buyer needs to provide evidence that he paid YOU, the seller, what will he provide as evidence? This is simple. Take the Naira and pay her. Talk and think this through
Soussa:

Receiving in my account wouldn't have been a problem if he was even agreeing to refund my PayPal. He was saying he won't refund me and nothing is going to happen. I was surprised. I'm not trying to spoil his name cos i won't gain anything but he was trying to bully me cos I'm new and was threatening me as though i did wrong in sending him first based on trust. I just need him to refund me if he is not willing to pay. I thought here is for everyone to trade and everyone should be protected irrespective of how long you have been here. I just hope I'm right and i won't be ignored.
