In situation like this, I advice people on what should be quality upfront. Roof is not something you want to revisit after 2 or 5 years, the cost of pulling off the roof and carrying out repairs that time will be thrice what you should have spent to get a quality material.

I'll rather prefer you use Nigerite roofing than those cheap roofs. Most of the places I've seen them, they seem to have rust and fade faster than any other types of roof. Also, they're lighter gauge aluminum which is highly susceptible to leakage at nail points.

But if that's what you can afford for now, get a good installer to help you fix and seal up all the nail points.

The embossed Roofing sheet is Sumo, right? It's not up to 19,000 per bundle ooo.. Don't let them 'gba' you..
I have a very close associate that is a distributor.. Yes the quality is good for a while.. Don't expect an aluminum finishl from pan.

Kindly advise with type of economical roofing sheet... Went to price various types here in Ib but considering ma budget embossed roofing sheet wch cost 19k/bundle is wot i can avoid. Is the embossed roofing sheet of good qlty?
