1) when u applied, did They state it that u must have Completed ur nysc before you apply?

2) Did they say 2.1 and above or 2.2 can apply?

1)Yes u must have completed ur NYSC. This should not stop you from applying as most recruitment process last for months( 6 months or more).

My little understanding from reading is that it is a borrowed culture from other parts of the the world particularly the desert areas where "sand and dust storms" are prevalent as a way of protecting the face and body.
