From my experience, your mood after the listening had an effect on the other part of the test. I could remember vividly during my reading test,I was so pressed that I wanted to ease myself but I wasn't allowed to go out due to system error on my fingerprint. I had to just get over with the reading part so that I can go out. As soon as the error was fixed, I went out to ease myself and returned back to the hall. You wont believe my shock at how wrong I was while going through the answers I initially supplied- thank God I had enough time to go through it all and corrected my mistakes in good time. I had LRWS 9, 8,8,8 (First attempt) As for the listening part and other aspects of the test, I will advise you to get familiar with the principles of each aspect and practice rigorously while maintaining a state of emotional stability during the test. Wishing you all the best. Gummygummy: Hello Everyone, just checked my ielts results and as I expected the listening component did me in. I scored LRWS 7/6/7/7.5. I was really afraid of the map questions so I practiced endlessly while still fervently praying it doesn’t appear. However it did, and it was the most complicated map I have ever seen. I couldn’t even understand the criss crosses on paper and locations mentioned in the audio and they were about six questions I think. In a way, I think it affected my mood for the rest of the exams but I managed to forge on. It’s this reading that has me somersaulting! Me score 6 in reading...how na?? I’ve been pretty confident about my reading skills all through practice period and all. The reading was a walk through and I even had ample time to triple check all my answers. I’m guessing I made a mistake somewhere, maybe in how I supplied the answers, numbering or something. There just has to be something that went wrong and I’ll go back to the drawing board and fix everything once and for all. Please seniors in the house help with tips on how you aced your map and listening questions overall. Coming back with my testimony next month. Time to check into the reading room again |

Hi all, Please I want to ask if I can use an account I don't frequently operate for POF. I have this other account I rarely save in which I intend to use. The balance over the last 6months has been the bank minimum as against the other account which I use frequently. My fear is obtaining statement of account for my frequently used account for the past 6months going up to 20 pages. I intend to use gift deed though. |

Kudos to everyone who has been contributing here all these while. Is it a good decision to do upfront medicals during this period of COVID-19 with no hope of when the next FSW draw will hold? I would be grateful to have answer(s) to this question because it has been bothering me for some time now due to my CRS which looks set to receive ITA upon the next draw. |

The materials are too heavy to be uploaded on google drive without having effect on my data. I can only give it out to people who are nearby to save my data because that would be easy to use a flash drive or any other hardware to copy it at NO COST. It is almost 5Gb simplynace: NOT on Ilorin or any of her environs but can you pls send it as a mail or upload to either Google drive and then share the link. Thanks |

Like the others ahead of me have suggested, there is no need to buy any past questions while all the materials you need are available online. I wrote my first and only attempt in December and I had a perfect result ( L9, RWS- 8 ), thanks to the online materials. If you are anywhere around Ogbomoso or Ilorin, I can give you a compiled materials I used for the test at NO COST. Teemez: Good afternoon and Happy Easter to everyone. I need a link to where I can buy IELTS past questions. PLEASE this is urgent as I plan to write the exam shortly after this lockdown.
Thanks for your prompt response |

There is nothing to worry about. Just trust the process He is taking you through and don't be discouraged by what you are seeing around, everything is happening for a reason and it will work out fine for you. Cheers! Dandilion: This Covid thing is just depressing me. Before now I was so happy that I would get to enter the pool before my birthday and won't have to loose any points as I'm currently 29. But now with almost everything paused I don't know what will happen. I just requested for my transcript from my uni and was about to write IELTS as I had just written BCS exams this march before everything just went on a halt. Even the BCS results that usually take 2 months to come out, heaven knows when it will come out now before someone will now send it to Wes too. So much time!!!!!!! Also I'm on this journey on my own so there's no hope of even getting more points to help my own in case. I don't know where I was when God was sharing boyfriends and husbands it's well o Sorry for ranting guys. Just felt so worried this morning. May all our heart desires come true, Amen. |
