- Sales experience required, preferably in the publishing and/or book-selling industry
- Ability to implement a sales plan for the literature market
- First class sales drive - aggressive and passionate selling skills
- Convincing verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Excellent IT proficient skills (MS Office packages)
