He said: “The issue of the
politicisation is very
serious and dangerous,
where the party in
government sees anybody
who doesn’t agree with
them as the Boko Haramist
that are out to destroy
the nation. What this means is
that, if you do not
agree with me, or if you are
not in the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), you
don’t love Nigeria… That we
disagree in politics doesn’t
mean we don’t love our
nation. And until we get that
out of our heads, not much
will move forward.
thank you sir!

Exactly what is happening here on nairaland. So swift for the ProGEJs and the PDP supporters to label anyone who doesn't support their views and opinions an APC supporter of APC and devil.

Romance › Re: Why Readers, Scientifically, Are The Best People To Fall In Love With by Tolexander: 8:19am On Jul 18, 2014
Chubhie: May I please add that the blending of reading with Classical music is some feelings words fail to express. As a philosopher, One of the legacies I vowed to leave for products that came through my loins is a well stocked and updated library and, if the cosmic Universe finds me worthy to tarry longer then I will initiate it to the larger society. One thing I have noticed from experience is that when you read and advance your mind to a certain level you might feel lonely while in a crowd and once you are able to see one that flows on same frequency, MAGIC HAPPENS! The intensity is as if you both know each other a thousand years. Accidentally got talking with a guy I met and the convo sweet sote I jokingly asked where he had been all this while. Ladies that resonate on such frequencies are Milady, lady in Red,gorgeous,lovely,humane,disciplined,SEXY-though I hate to use sexy to address a milady. Regardless of if she worwor facially I'm in love with her MENTALLY. I became a better human through self induced reading but then, the kind of materials you read is another thing entirely.
bro, i've got a lot of issues with reading books. It isn't just part of me picking up motivational books, novels et al. But when it comes to books containing old and present events, facts, creatures, places, people et al, i can spend a complete revolution on them without standing up.

The Ambassador should be arrested!
Politics › Re: Lagos Okays Six-month Maternity Leave, 10 Days For Fathers by Tolexander: 8:28pm On Jul 17, 2014
dridowu: For the man, based on this report the law only provide 10 working days for the 1st issue, so their is no subsequent paternity leave for the man anymore till he retires or at the discretion of his boss.
but that won't be fair o. Giving the husband a paternity leave just because a wife gave birth. Won't the other wives be jealous?
Politics › Re: Lagos Okays Six-month Maternity Leave, 10 Days For Fathers by Tolexander:
The Lagos State
Government has introduced
a 10-day paternity leave for
male civil servants
and
extended maternity leave
for female worker to six
months.
i think there should be conditions for the paternity leave and it should be for monogamous civil servants.

Cos there are some polygamous men with up to 12 wives, i'm afraid they may need to be given paternity leaves every month if the wives are delivering every month.

it's better to lack respect than to lack knowledge like you lack.
Why would you come here to post a fake info just because you saw it somewhere?

You had better take the correction instead on standing on the pride of ignorance.

i'm still expecting your update to contest your post i refuted cos all i've seen is just you quoting me.

Emmanuel Ifeajuna didn't represent nigeria in the olympic but the commonwealth. Hence the image on that book cover isn't that of Ifeajuna.

Below lies the British Empire and Commonwealth Games now known as the Commonwealth game:

the below image is that of the olympic. https://blogs.walkerart.org/design/files/2014/02/Olympic.png

how come that a man who didn't represent nigeria at the olympic will be given olympic logo?
