I have always thought that it would be a good idea to have access to all CD /Fixed deposit rates offered by Nigerian Banks.

Unfortunately, there isn't a single point of access to this information.

And that is why I am asking the question.

Which banks provide the highest Fixed rates in Naija?

So it is the best interest of country that these CEO's don't stay more than 10 years in their position. If you ask me 5 years should be the max,let them serve in other capacities.

That is one way of ensuring that these people don't manupulate the system by exerting undue influence, to the detriment of the banks.

With all the omonile, 419 and title issues involved in buying properties.

Many people want to purchase from the Govt instead, but most Govt schemes are unsafe and under developed.

Some of the underdeveloped estates are Isheri North, Abijo, igbgbo e,t.c.

Are there any Govt schemes currently Being Sold and Buildable in Lagos or Ogun State?

Or are they all buy and hold?

Let me add my two cents. There is a recap of an aritcle on Castles weekly's web site on the issue. But as ususal Ogun state has not published the names of Estate affected. It is wise to perofrm due diligence whenpurchasing in this area.
