The key is nutrition. I strongly believe this is due to food intolerances in the body.
Remove all grains especially white rice and corn. Remove all Refined sugar i.e white sugar
Remove artificial sweeteners.
Remove a legumes e.g groundnut, cocoa, beans anything in that family.
Remove all white flour from cakes, cookies ,pastries, and all derivatives of white flour. Do this to remove gluten from the body.
Remove all processed foods.
Do not anything from a factory.
Remove Maggi.
Remove Dairy and eggs.
Eliminate pasta and its derivatives such as indomine ,etc they could contain gluten too.
And allow 30 -60 days to clean out the system.
This has worked for me. I am not a medical doctor but only suggesting this.
Lots of vegetables and organic foods and of course water.
After you notice positive changes. You can either just continue or reintroduce the foods one after the other to find the roots cause.
That will take a longer time and cause trigger the condition again.

What kind of documentation do you have?

I understand that Nigerian leaders have let down it's citizens, but everyone should realize that the while the grass may look greener on the other side. There is absolutely no guarantee that all those that leave Nigerian wlll be better off when they leave. We only pray for our brothers and sisters who are trapped in libya and other countries and hope that they are not victimized.

The real truth, is that there will always be a market for both Clean vehicles (Non Salvaged Vehciles) and the Salvaged vehicles.
The only reason why there is a market for salvage vehicles is mainly because most buyers think they can get vehcles for less than their true market value and that is why they get F*****.However, a lot of buyers are unsuspecting. Also keep in mind that all salvage vehicles are not bad.
Even when you tell most buyers they don't listen; all they think about is the price and the external appearance of a vehicle. Most of them are victims of their own greed.
So now, if you are a dealer and you paid full maket value for a car and a buyers leaves to to buy from someone else because they are selling a salvage vehicle for cheaper.Who do you blame?
Th dealer who buys non salvaged cars will have a very had time selling. And in some cases the buyers may even ridicule the seller, even though he or she is following a high ethical standard.
