Good everyone.
I'm facing an issues with these speedaf and post office.
I have like 5 orders yet to be delivered now.
I base in Akure, Ondo state.
My first order was on the route to Akure on the 16th of December 2022 according to the tracking page on the speedaf website but till now I haven't been called neither has any other update concerning the parcel on the website.
Same goes to the remaining 4 orders (different days though)
I have e-mailed speedaf but no reply. I even manage to get the Akure office number , I message them on WhatsApp but left my messages on seen.
I have contacted the seller, he said I should exercise patience
I don't know what to do
Please any suggestions?

Speedaf has been fucking up lately,my package left Lagos on the 26th of November enroute Asaba com Onitsha but till date, tracking is showing departed from Lagos,I have called Speedaf,sent email,use Facebook,all of them are saying they are working on it, God knows if they have lost that package,me self don vex tire,the customer wey get the item don ask me tire too.the other package instead of Onitsha went to yola,scanned for delivery,only God knows who they wan give am there,thou I'm not worried about that one,it's a small money sha,and it's not for a client,so no pressure, speedaf is not on too of there game this period.

Bro that's what is happening I pray no one encounters any problem of redelivery with speedaf.
So the thing is in October when my order came into Nigeria and passed custom clearance, they sent it out to the wrong people for delivery twice and the package entered retrieval. Since then I have called sent mail upon mail upon mail, I have called their customer care, they will keep saying I should check back for after 4-5 business days and they will say it's taking so long because apparently priority is given to new packages instead of other packages that need retrieval.


This has been the worst experience with speedaf I have had and there still seems to be no end to the situation in sight


Please if anyone knows anyone in the warehouse or speedaf I can call to resolve this matter I will really appreciate.

Did you put your correct phone number and address in the delivery info??

I know it’s self pickup but I don’t know where their office is located I have checked google.

The address of the pickup station will be included in the mail sent once it's ready for pickup or call speedaf, they'll give you the address

It just stays off totally. If I try to power it on, it just comes on & goes off.
But if I press vol up + power button, it shows all those factory reset, reboot etc & stays on on that menu until I power it off.
So I'm now wondering, how come it can stay on on that factory menu but wouldn't power on fully to the normal home menu, unless I plug it in electricity & wait for hours before it would agree to power on fully?
And the battery charges & also drains normally oo.

Could be power problem. If it reboots after going off it likely software issues

I am also a first time buyer on Aliexpress...One of my packages with Speedaf courier that got to Nigeria customs on Nov 28, 2022 just cleared Nigeria customs this morning...that is like 4 days...@stephen894, when did your package get to customs?..Has your package cleared customs?

Very big thanks to @noobody...I messaged him to leverage on his experience and to ask whether I will be charged customs duty for the packages. He said that so far as the packages are coming through Speedaf, there wont be any custom duty applied...I am happy that one of my packages has cleared customs and I am getting experience with buying on Aliexpress...I have 3 other packages that is yet to land in Nigeria.

I have 4 orders to be delivered by speedaf all are self pickup. But the problem is they are all arriving at different time.
1 is available for self pickup since Friday
1 is at Lagos distribution center on it way to Ib
Another one is in custom clearance
While the last one is in transit.

Now the problem is that transport from my place to speedaf office is over 2k, I don't know if speedaf can just chill for like 2-3wks so that I'll just pick all the 4 once

Check your mailbox for notification from speedaf. Price for door delivery service is usually included in the mail

Hello all, please help me!!!
I've been enjoying my Umidigi Power 3 for about 1yr + 9m without any issue at all. But just recently, while using the phone, it usually goes off & when I try to power it back on, it displays the Umidigi logo but goes back off.
When I press & hold the power + volume buttons, it displays things that I don't understand their functions, like 'Reboot' etc & stays on, but wouldn't power fully to the main home screen.
When I plug it in electricity, it also shows that it's charging normally but wouldn't still power on fully. I would have to wait for some mins or up to an hour before it fully powers on!
Please what exactly is the problem & what's the solution?
Also what would be the cost of the solution?

They stopped by within/another country. They probably transferred the package to another plane.
