I made this order for like a month now and no any updates, and the tracking number doesn’t have the first two letters before the numbers. And the seller doesn’t respond to my messages. Split payment is not something official on AliExpress platform (at least not for Nigeria)

Installment payment is more official term in business, this is also not available to Nigeria, but they are not the same.
Mostly you Explain your self more and more until you make the seller understand if he no agree move to another seller (that you will make the payment in full today, only that your card is limited to ........ something like that.) Most of the seller will agree and give you a way out, but again the process is not street forward on the platform.
Most sellers will give you a link to which you make the payment, some May ask you to BID the product, then they reduced the price for you if it's not that much.

A seller may agree to split the payment for you and decided not do it for me.

For the those having issues with Post NL shipping
I think they deliver bit timing is the issue and shit is so annoying.
My package was due for delivery on 16th September 2022 but when I went to post office(after due date expired with no delivery) in Area 10, Abuja yesterday, their tracking shows it just got to Lagos yesterday, 26th September at 11.26am and should arrive in Abuja by Friday.
By that Friday, it will be exactly day 45 since I placed the order.
Can you imagine? I'm not even sure it will truly get to Abuja on the Friday they are claiming.

Whereas, orders they use Speedaf for usually get to me in two weeks most times, maximum has been 18 days.

That Post Netherlands shipping is trash. I don't know why Ali Express use it for Nigeria.

Tried the Web. Error 404.

The homepage loaded. But when I try to navigate using any of the tabs menu on the homepage, I get that error.

Tried with both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers. Although they were both on mobile. So maybe I'll try it on the PC.

One thing I like about them is that they call people promptly and even at arranged times. They once called me around 2am, 4 hours after I mailed their Cc. I politely told the lady that I'm busy and won't be able to take calls at that time, so we agreed that she called back around 7am as my call will be over by then. I was impressed as she called by 7:05 am, she called.

The issue was about their AltBank banking by the way. And I also have GoMoney account which is also operated by them. Unfortunately they have reduced GoMoney virtual card international transactions to 20usd monthly.

So with this new account I just opened on OneBank platform, I effectively have accounts with all their three platforms now.

Been able to do that. Completed within 1 hour. You'll first start thru the wallet account, then upgrade to classic savings account which looks like a full fledged account.

Problem though is I've not been able to create card. I'm getting an error message that my "account is unable to make transfer".

Checking the account officer, I noticed that an account officer is yet to be assigned to the newly opened account.

I also get a notification of "incomplete documents" and when I try to upload the required documents - passport/selfie picture and signature, all I'm getting is error.



I've used the app successfully.

I'll try using the website to upload the documents required.

A wallet account doesn't sound like a full account. And one isn't sure when an upgrade to full account will take place, if there is anything like an upgrade at all.

I have received 3 emails at different times from AliExpress on delivery update but tracking info doesn't change on Speedaf.
